Recentemente sono rimasto in questo hotel per il mio viaggio a Shanghai, ed è stata una splendida esperienza. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e ben progettata, con un letto molto comodo. Il personale era amichevole e sempre pronto ad aiutare, soprattutto al desk front. La posizione era perfetta, solo a pochi passi dai ristoranti e dalle aree commerciali. In generale, ho avuto un buon soggiorno e sarei sicuramente tornato. Molto consigliato!

Il servizio è stato eccellente e mi hanno persino offerto un upgrade gratuito della camera. L'illuminazione era un po' scarsa per chi, come me, lavora di notte. Lo consiglio vivamente per un viaggio in famiglia. Anche la colazione era molto abbondante. Ho mangiato alle 9:30 e non avevo fame alle 16:40. Era abbastanza buona e il prezzo era ragionevole.

La stanza era molto pulita e il colazione era molto buona. Un solo problema è la descrizione della stanza dice che ha una finestra di vista della città, ma in realtà ho una stanza con vista della sala interna. La mattina era forte e ho dovuto chiedere di cambiarlo. Per favore, correggi le informazioni sulle finestre perché era molto importante per me.

I recently stayed at The Quarter Ratchayothin by UHG and had a generally pleasant experience, though there were a few notable downsides worth mentioning. First of all, the hotel itself is quite large and well-maintained. The location is excellent — convenient for both transportation and nearby amenities. It’s situated in a vibrant area with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around the city very convenient for me. The lobby and public areas are modern, clean, and welcoming, giving a good first impression upon arrival. The staff were all very polite and helpful. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, I consistently received friendly service and prompt attention to my questions. Their attitude definitely added a positive touch to my stay and made me feel comfortable throughout. However, there were a few issues that impacted the overall quality of the stay. The most significant problem was the soundproofing. Unfortunately, the walls seemed to be quite thin, and I could often hear conversations and other noises from the rooms next door. It wasn’t overly loud, but it was enough to be distracting, especially at night when I was trying to sleep. For a hotel of this scale and standard, I expected better acoustic insulation. Another point to note is the building height. The hotel is not particularly tall, so if you’re someone who enjoys city views from higher floors, you might be a bit disappointed. My room was on a mid-level floor, and the view was rather limited. In terms of convenience services, the hotel uses delivery robots to send items like takeout or amenities to guest rooms, which is a nice futuristic touch. However, it seems there may only be one robot operating at a time, as the delivery was quite slow during my stay. I waited a considerable amount of time for a simple delivery, which might be something for the hotel to improve in the future. Overall, I would say this hotel is a solid option in terms of location, cleanliness, and service attitude. But if you are a light sleeper or value privacy and quietness, the thin walls could be a dealbreaker. I hope the hotel considers improving its soundproofing and streamlining the robot delivery system to enhance guest experience even further. Would I stay here again? Possibly, but I would request a quieter room and prepare for some noise from neighboring guests.

Grand lobby and drive way. A Sheraton presence is seen from the streets. The rooms are large and fancy and one of the largest rooms I've stayed at in China. The staff are all professionally presented and provide warm welcome for your stay. If you're after comfort and a bit of luxury then this option is pretty good. There are a few blemishes that you may notice if you are an avid Sheraton patron but if not, it may not bother you as you may not notice it. One of the issues I noticed was the shower. I have a habit of rinsing down the shower to keep it clean after use. When I did this during my stay, a lot of red or orange film was floated down the drain which looks like the showers are cleaned but not the edges and walls and allowed some sort of film to form. The windows at the hotel can not be opened unlike other cheaper hotels so keep in mind the centrally controlled air con during winter will be pushing out warm air only. This may be uncomfortable for visitors from hotter climates as you wont be able to sleep with a cool air con. However the hotel provided us a fan which made the stay/sleep comfortable. The air situation is only applicable during some seasons so do some research before your stay. View was not bad for my stay and I believe some rooms may have a even better view. No self serve laundry room but they do offer laundry services.

good little hotel l like it. good area and room is warm. no problems. a fridge would be useful in Summer🌞🌴🏄🎇

It's super cheap and the rooms are spacious. Nice location too, with a convenience store downstairs and many food options right across the street. I also loved that the room had a fridge and washing machine. Biggest issue is the cleanliness. It seemed okay at first, but then I dropped something that rolled under the bed. Let's just say... I don't think they've cleaned down there in years LMAO Please vacuum under the bed every now and then, guys. Seriously.

Hotel molto carino con la vista migliore dal 12° piano. La camera è più grande di altre nel centro di Shanghai, offre servizi completi come palestra, zona lavanderia... e un'ottima colazione! Il personale parla inglese, ma non molto. La zona intorno all'hotel è molto tranquilla e piacevole, con molti alberi. Lo consiglio!

L'hotel è eccellente e la stanza è fantastica. Il personale è modesto. Il sistema d'aria condizionata nella stanza non era buono, era usato per fare bruciato rumore per un po' e fermarsi, e questo è stato ripetuto. Si sentiva anche caldo; sembrava non essere molto raffreddato ... Non abbiamo presentato reclami per questo, perché eravamo in camera solo per qualche ora durante il giorno.
