L'attenzione è sulle vendite e sul marketing, l'igiene è un disastro, il servizio in camera è essenziale ma mediocre, non tornerò mai più, la foto potrebbe non essere chiara perché è stata scattata di fretta prima di partire. al museo, sconsiglio di prenotare qui a questo prezzo. .

There is no fridge in the room! Water boiler was too dirty, Ther is no city view, you only see the opposite building. Air conditioning is not giving hot, only cold.

The hotel location is good which near to railway station with walking distance. The surrounding is quiet and environment is clean. Stuff are friendly. The hotel come with self laundry service but you may just leave your clothes there and the helper will help you to do the laundry. Hotel breakfast buffet come with variety of choices. Overall my family are satisfy with the stay and definitely come again when we visit Shang Hai.

I had an unforgettable stay at the Atour Hotel in Shanghai during a couple’s trip, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome—especially Yomi at the front desk, whose kindness and professionalism truly stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, and her warmth made a lasting impression.
The hotel itself is modern and well-equipped. The gym was clean and convenient, the laundry service was impressively efficient, and the delivery robots added a fun and futuristic touch to our stay. But above all, it was the human touch—especially Yomi’s exceptional care—that made this experience so special.
If you’re visiting Shanghai, don’t hesitate to stay at Atour. We’ll definitely be back!

Clean rooms, in one of the best locations of the city. Friendly and helpful staff, always willing to assist in any way. Food options are nice. One of my favourite hotels to stay in Shanghai!

Happy to sleep for one night in this Hotel, nice location close to art area, Shopping mall and Suzhou creek. The rooms was very clean. All the team is very nice. I want to say Thanks to Yomi, she help me to find a nice wonton restaurant and help in the Check inn process with a lot of efficiency and in English.
