As a westerner the service felt like a 5 star hotel. We booked a family room for wife and daughter, it was spacious with a larger bed for my wife and myself and a twin size for our daughter. The hotel was good but the service was amazing. Took our bags, held the doors for us, at breakfast someone was always available to help you with anything. They even gave our daughter a little gift at the end of our stay. Definitely would stay again for this price

服務非常好哦，有景區接送服務，還會專車送到地鐵口，總之整體體驗感都挺好，早餐自助也挺豐富，晚上迪士尼遊玩回來還有夜宵真的很貼心，關鍵是床品也很不錯

我們是23號到的浦東機場，酒店接機車輛已經在等着我們了，到了之後工作人員都很熱情，24號去迪士尼玩來回都有大巴車，玩了一天，晚上九點多上大巴車，車上居然還準備了飲料、礦泉水、麪包等小零食，真的很貼心，回酒店之後還有夜宵吃，回房間之後居然還有泡腳盆裏麪還有泡腳包，巨巨巨貼心，自助餐也很豐富，真的很好，很推薦，去哪裡幾乎都有車送到地鐵站、機場、迪士尼、野生動物園，真心推薦

網上最近風大，雖然知道可能是作假但還是不死心，什麼海底撈服務，**不是，房間小的可憐，真的沒有一丁點轉身的餘地，靠馬路晚上還是有車來車往的聲音和窗户吱吱呀呀聲，洗手池下水不暢，歡迎水果兩個橘子兩個香蕉，房間一股説不好的味道，原來網上有的評價是真實的，根本沒有什麼服務，我還沒到一通電話打來問我為什麼選她家店不選機場的？叫我自己退了重新拍，説她家離迪士尼遠。到了之後除了有司機幫忙拿小推車這一點讓我感覺到了服務之外，其餘完全就是……真還不如快捷酒店，沒有下次了。大家避雷吧，不要被水軍騙了，前台辦入住就像欠了他幾個億一樣拉着臉，説話機關槍一樣。唉！

The moment we drop off the didi, the hotel staffs came over to help us with our luggage and shopping bags, and directed us to grab some noodle and dessert that warm our stomach. There's even laundry auntie that help us with the laundry and send back to our room. Superior service. Superior room (i stay in room 526). Breakfast is nice too, with good coffee!! The hotel provide free shuttle to Disneyland and Wildlife Safari Park too. Will stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the service was truly superb.
The facilities were excellent—free laundry, complimentary supper, and convenient shuttle services to Disneyland, the airport, and the train station. They even helped us receive parcels I had purchased from Taobao, which was a big plus.
My daughter especially enjoyed their kids’ playground, which made the stay even more memorable for our family.
All the staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

The service is exceptional from the moment we entered till the moment we left. The hotel offer pick-up and send to airport and train station with prior booking and they are very flexible for changes!
They greet us with water and help us with luggage to the room. Breakfast offer abundance choice for us with Asian dishes.
Room is a bit small for a family with a 5y boy but comfortable and clean with full amenities, especially cleaned and new towels. They do have small playground for kids also.
It is near to wildlife park and Disney land and easily reach by car.
