Il servizio è davvero a posto. Il cameriere sapeva che i bambini sarebbero rimasti, quindi hanno preparato i vestiti e il pigiama per bambini. Anche le camere dell'hotel sono molto grandi, con bagni più grandi. C'è un parco vicino all'hotel con un'ampia vista. Mi piace mi piace~

We had a great experience staying at Ship hotel for a long weekend. The kids were so delighted with the boat and nautical theme of the hotel, a big playground, and a nice clean pool. The service was kind and thoughtful, decorating our room and giving us a cake for my daughter’s birthday and providing kids’ amenities. The staff are friendly. It’s a paradise for kids. The cost was not high, but our kids preferred this hotel to many others. The room is a little old but still in good condition and also has nice touches like a ships’ window, ocean shore carpet, and we had a very nice view. Room was clean and bed was comfortable and there was a pillow menu. Good water pressure in the bathroom and nice bathtub. The hotel is also next door to a ecological park which has boat rides, and about a 10 minute drive to paopao park which is a huge, beautiful recreational area with lakes, lots of grass for picnics, bike paths, gardens and a kids play area. We could’ve easily spent 2-3 days just in paopao park alone. We arrived on Friday night and Saturday morning was quiet at breakfast with few people.

Good place, But the pool and movie theater were closed.

Good location next to interesting parks and centrally located in fengxian. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were effective at solving problems and we got a free room upgrade.

During my recent stay at the Shanghai Ship Shaped Hotel, I found several positives to highlight. Firstly, check-in was a breeze, and the service provided by the staff was commendable throughout my stay. Their attentiveness and friendliness made me feel welcome. Cleanliness was another strong point of this hotel; I didn't encounter any issues in this department. The rooms were tidy and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for my stay. However, it's worth noting that the hotel's location is quite distant from most attractions in the city, which might not be ideal for travelers seeking a more central base. Additionally, while the rooms were clean, they could benefit from being a bit more spacious. *Free breakfast so that was a plus

Fast check-in, good breakfast including toaster and coffee machine, room was good too, with mini fridge, clean enough and great view to the park. Only the water at the swimming pool was kind of too cold and there is not towels. They have their own beer at the bar. There is an outlet next door. We would go there again.

買了套餐來的 總體還是比較滿意的 但明顯感覺也到酒店設施有點老舊了 房間環境還是可以的 洗手間也很大 礦泉水可以免費領 這點很加分 六樓可以玩桌球 玩乒乓 （需要收費）游泳池可以免費使用 最最加分的是酒店的自助餐 性價比太高了 地方超大 菜品很豐富 旁邊就是四季生態園 風景很好 拍照很出片 推薦來遊玩

開業八年的一家酒店，公共區域乾淨整潔 夜班希望加強巡樓（時不時會有人丟垃圾） 餐廳菜品種類較少服務人員較少 電梯很快完全不需要等梯 前台工作人員貌似也很少，辦入住時衹看見一個，退房時也看見一個，無禮賓，可能住客率低？減少上班人員？還是壓根人手不足 房間狀態OK 大面上來看很乾凈 可以滿足大眾客人需求 房間温度合適夜裡關了空調也不會冷熱 細節方面有待提高 客房經理很Nice可以很耐心的聽我講 聽我訴説 服務方面很速度基本10分鐘內都可以Done 但不要為了完成任務而完成任務 餐飲有點卡臉！ 點了個蛋炒飯有個小碗不知道是什麼湯 鹽撒了？？ 齁鹹齁鹹 碗還是破口的 不會怪我打壞的吧 下次有機會休假再來二刷一下 希望有進步 還是要謝謝客房經理（沒記住叫啥）

暑假前帶孩子再好好玩一下，攜程上看到有預售套餐，很划算的 設施：外觀就是一搜大船的樣子，有甲班 服務：非常好，工作人員都超級熱情，還送了小蛋糕。走的時候iPad忘記了，服務中心的徐美立刻聯繫了我們，幫忙郵寄了回來，太感謝了 酒店的自助晚餐感覺性價比超高了，全部都坐滿了 吃完了再去打打乒乓，喝喝酒店送的免費的啤酒 早餐有我們本地人喜歡的辣肉麪呀

雖然酒店開業比較久了，但是能看出來當初真的是花了很大心思的，很多設計現在看起來還是很有新意。離家不遠帶孩子來過週末，泳池很有特色，自助價格不高吃吃還是不錯的。有什麼要求都是及時滿足，中餐廳下午茶價格實在是良心價味道也好，值得去體驗一下的！
