Very nice hotel with best view from 12th floor. The room is bigger than others in the centre of Shanghai, they provide full utilities such as gym, washing area,… and good breakfast!! Staff can speak English but not much. The area around the hotel is so peaceful and nice with lots of trees. Recommend!

About a 10 minute walk from Exit 2 of Line 6 train station. Mall nearby there with Starbucks and McDonald’s open early for breakfast options. Did not try breakfast.
I think this hotel was likely spectacular about 5-6 years ago, but just needs a fresh coat of paint here and there and a thorough cleaning. Found multiple small black hairs around the room.
Desk staff English when I checked in was nonexistent. However, you get what you pay for.

Far away from all the tourist attractions in the middle of nowhere. The hotel and its lobby looks like a run down ancient dirty inn. The front office staff cannot speak or even try to speak any English. We were given a room which had female hairs and cigarette smoke all over when we entered the room. On complaining, we were told that we are being upgraded to another better room, which again had female hairs and also the smoke, which made us dizzy and caused headache next morning. The room also had mosquitos which bit us all night. On being requested for room freshener or mosquito spray, we were provided with an almost empty bottle of room freshener. The toiletries were given to us only after several requests. The breakfast quality as well as the service was dismal and repeated the same everyday. Very local Chinese breakfast with no options for western food. The dining area was dirty and never cleared of soiled dishes and the empty dishes were never replenished. Have regularly stayed in this chain of hotels in Xian and Shanghai but never had such bad experience, this branch is bringing disrepute to the brand.

Great place for business trips, a 10 minute walk from Jinqiao station. The breakfast was really nice, with both western and Chinese cuisine. Would surely stay again.

It has been a wonderful stay. Staff is very cooperative, especially Amy who helped a lot during the whole stay.Other than hotel related responsibilities and duties, Amy also helped us in getting information related to tourist and shopping spots. Love to visit again in this hotel.
