Non ho visto la frutta di benvenuto e la colazione era nella media.
Ctrip ha molte recensioni negative. Come ha ottenuto le sue quattro stelle?
Igiene: terribile. Le lenzuola non sono pulite, il pavimento del comodino è sporco, il pavimento e le pareti sono sporche
Servizi: il rubinetto fa scatti ed è difficile da usare, l'acqua è bloccata, il rotolo di carta è molto vecchio e la posizione non è igienica.
Il materasso cigolava quando veniva girato e la presa era difficile da usare. Il frigorifero può essere utilizzato come riscaldatore

A very average hotel with much improvements needed on rooms management and buffet management. Long way to go to be at par with international standard.
Service: a.i. will answer you in phone for any request but only limit to request for water. Beyond that, it will be transferred to real person.. for daily clean up of room,suggest inform the chambermaid daily to change pillow case and towels in front of you otherwise expect no change. Chambermaid can't speak English.
Facilities: there is gym no pool.
Food: breakfast buffet for vegetarian no meat. Eggs are precooked so no one to cook . Pancakes and noodle area is chaotic as the one who prepares burn the pancakes and not given on first come first serve basis. They have salad, fruits banana and watermelon,bread, coffee ,rice , sweetpotato, buns, porridge, juice, noodles. They replenish very slow. Attitude of staff very impolite in breakfast. Front desk still ok. Checkin and checkout is fast.

Nice place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere near Hongqiao airport or train station that’s not overpriced. They accidentally gave me the wrong key for my room so they gave me a snack bag to apologise which was very nice.

Average 3 star hotel with good location (near Train station and a mall with minimal occupancy with limited restaurants and a super market) with average sized room and breakfast buffet.

It is a very comfortable hotel in Shanghai. We enjoyed our stay there and were pleased to notice that the premises are located in close proximity to the metro station as well as a couple of chain restaurants and a supermarket - everything to suit our needs.
The staff was super friendly and allowed to keep our luggage for a couple of hours after checking out to help with our travel plan. Moreover, they rushed to help when we needed basic things like umbrella or checking out our air conditioning.

First time in Shanghai due to my flight arrived 4am , Hotel staff very nice she let me early check in before noon , breakfast also good. Check out at 1 pm.
Everything was good except Bad smell like someone Smoking cigarette next to you from Air-conditioning and can't change the temperature at all in room very hot even their put small fan but not help at all . But smell gone at morning come at night.

We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a medical procedure at Shanghai United, and this hotel wasn't too far from there. Nice to have a big king bed also. The restaurant is only open for breakfast, but there are lots of restaurants right outside the hotel (it's a part of an outdoor mall area). Nice stay!

Friendly staff that speak both English and Chinese. Even when I speak Chinese they still use Chinese instead of English so that is nice.
