Shanghai Disneyland Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated that there were English-speaking staff available to assist and guide us throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the Disney-themed café and merchandise store right on-site—such a fun touch that made the experience even more magical. The free shuttle bus to Disneyland was incredibly convenient, starting as early as 6:50 AM and running every 5 minutes, which made getting to the park stress-free. Breakfast was truly a Disney dream come true! Not only was the food amazing, but my friends who were staying at the Toy Story Hotel were also able to join me, which made it extra special. We even had the chance to meet Mickey and Minnie during breakfast—an unforgettable moment! Highly recommend this hotel to any Disney fan or family looking for a magical and convenient stay near the park

I was traveling with my 3 children and we all had a very good time and staff was very nice and customer service was excellent. Room service was prompt and amenities were also excellent along with ferry from DisneyTown easy access to hotel without having to walk to bus. The included 1hr early entry to Disney was great. Room was spacious we stayed on ground floor and they gave us a late checkout to rest before we departed for Tokyo.

Beautiful decorated art-deco’ hotel. The hall especially is a piece of craft. Rooms are so-so: nice decorations, comfortable beds, but a bit small and the bathroom is ridiculously cheap, with a tiny bathtub probably designed for the 7 dwarfs. Breakfast is way overpriced and the service is average. The pool is nicely decorated as well, but they do not provide pool slippers and the shower rooms are without a proper place to change clothes, no benches, so that we had to go back to the room to take a proper shower…😒 They should more promotions for Disneyland given the cost of stay. Once i a lifetime (at least in Shanghai), not to be repeated.

The hotel staff were attentive to our needs and made sure that our stay was almost magical! We loved every detail in the room and how it feels to be a child again 🥲 will definitely come back coz it’s the best choice u can ever make if you’re going to Disneyland! The hotel buffet was a yum too! Not to mention 1h advance entry and shuttle bus made a world of difference! Thank you Disneyland Hotel 💗
