I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay

Very good location near metro station and the shopping centre. The air in the hotel didn't smell very fresh bit otherwise very happy

The staff wasn't friendly or helpful and the AC in my room wasn't working. But in general the room is decent and the location is good

My parents stayed here while visiting. The location is close to our apartment while being well connected to the rest of the city by the nearby line 10 Yili Station. They had breakfast every morning and enjoyed it each time.

We arrived in the evening and the lady at the reception was kind but not the old man who was working there. Great location as it's only 3minutes away from the subway station by walk. Nice breakfast too!

Great hotel. Service excellent. Great value for money Hotel. At check in gave me a lovely little welcome bag containing some little extras to make the stay pleasant. Will stay again for sure

The price is reasonable and room is neat and nice with an open view. The staff's service is professional. The check in and check out procedures are simple and silky smooth. There is a park nearby and the location is moderate. The transportation is convenient. There are many restaurants and a big department store close to the hotel and shopping is convenient.

Comfortable

Needed a hotel for a short trip to Shanghai. Room was great. Very good location. Very near to a mall and to Line 10 subway station that could bring you to scenic places. 😊

The location was good and the staff were always polite and friendly, but there were numerous small problems with our hallway and room. The hallway seemed like a construction site. The hotel seems like it would have been very nice when it first opened, but certain aspects have been unattended for some time. - Our TV signal and picture quality was very grainy and the TV size was quite small - The light over the bath was very weak - The light in the cupboard had exposed lighting and the cupboard doors would not close, meaning the light stayed on all night - No handsoap was provided - The light switch system was very complicated, we tried but couldn't turn on a single lamp with having other lights on - The "View Room"'s view was not much of a view - The laundry was unavailable and the off site laundry service would only arrive after we had checked out While none of these problems are huge, they all contributed to a stay experience that was less than satisfactory considering the price and prestige that I feel the hotel owners are aiming for.
