Quando torno in Cina, soggiorno sempre allo Sheraton Grand Shanghai Pudong Hotel. Questa volta ho ricevuto dei servizi super piacevoli sin dal check-in. Quando sono arrivato all'hotel, il signor Kiven Tang mi ha prenotato una stanza al 36° piano con una vista spettacolare sullo skyline di Lujiazui, ovviamente ho scattato delle foto dalla finestra della stanza. Inoltre, mi ha anche aiutato a posticipare l'orario del check-out alle 15:00, il che coincide perfettamente con il mio prossimo viaggio in treno ad alta velocità. Vorrei ringraziare lui e il team dello Sheradon Hotel e consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo hotel quando si visita Shanghai.

È comodo perché è appena sopra la metropolitana. Il personale è disponibile e la colazione a buffet è buona Tuttavia, l'aria condizionata è pessima e incontrollabile La ventilazione del bagno è pessima e c'è un forte odore di cacca dal bagno con l'aria condizionata spenta dopo essere usciti.

Il personale dell'hotel è molto cordiale in generale, tuttavia la stanza è stata assegnata lontano dall'ascensore, il che non è stato amichevole per una viaggiatrice sola. Inoltre, c'era un odore sgradevole nel corridoio a causa della recente ristrutturazione. La qualità del cibo e il servizio erano ottimi nel ristorante cinese al 1F, sarebbe bello avere più scelta di menu salutari per le ospiti donne. Non vedo l'ora di esplorare di più per il prossimo viaggio. Grazie.

There is a mall next to the hotel, train station in front of it. If you want to eat, plenty of choices there. If you order food delivery, need to note that the food will place outside the hotel entrance. If you want to swim, make sure you have your swimming cap, otherwise they won't let you in.

The lobby looks grand, room is clean and spacious, has bath tub but unfortunately no bidet. Breakfast is alright, they have proper coffee, bacons and eggs and fresh fruits

We were very pleased with the hotel. Especially when we had a little problem with my autistic son and the hotel staff was very understanding and patient with us. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

Service is 10/10 from check in to luggage storage to breakfast. The breakfast has a great spread with good cheese and proper American bacon 🥓 🤤😋🤤 The hotel was well equipped with amenities. Has nice bath tub and comfortable pillows. But my fridge (room 1952) was dirty and a bit smelly. 😩😩

Its an old hotel that was overpriced, i believe i paid too much, it needs renovation however, the service was terrible everytime you called it took time for them to answer and even when they put you through there was only one person at the front desk also sometimes it was difficult as they did not understand English, so not recommended for expats. We had the buffet lunch which was not what i expected, most of the lamb chops was raw and chewy, no vegetables to go with the roast chicken, western food was very limited.

This hotel is good value for your money. Great location. You can see the skyline from the hotel. The rooms are huge with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. I highly recommend it.
