I always stay in Sheraton Grand Shanghai Pudong hotel when I come back to China. This time I experienced super nice services since the check-in process. When I arrived the hotel, Mr Kiven Tang arranged a room at the 36th foor with an amazing view of the skyline of Lujiazui, of course I took some pictures from the window of the room. Additionally, he also helped me to postpone the checkout time to 3pm which perfectly matches my next trip by the high-speed train.
I would like to thank him and the team of the Sheradon hotel, and highly recommend a stay in this hotel when you visit Shanghai.

It's convenient as it's just above the subway.
Staffs are helpful and the buffet breakfast is good
However, aircond is bad and uncontrollable
Toilet ventilation is Bad and big poo smell from the toilet with aircond off after going out.

Hotel staff are very friendly in general, however the room was assigned away from the elevator which was not friendly for female solo traveler. Plus there were some unpleasant smell in the corridor due to recent renovation. Food quality and service were great in the Chinese restaurant in 1F, it would be nice to have more healthy menu choice for female guests. Look forward to explore more for the next trip. Thanks.

Nice the room and the view are very nice and convenience store just 10 minutes in walking distance
But my passport splited to two anyway I didnt know it was from the check in desk or the boy sending me the passport

The hotel gave me a free room upgrade what I greatly appreciated. The room was clean and spacious and personal friendly. The breakfast was good as well although other hotels of this class have more choices. The hotel is located besides a subway station of line 4 which makes travel easy
