LI can’t say enough good things about our stay at this resort—it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. The service was beyond outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at all times. They were incredibly polite, thoughtful, and always checked in on us to see if we needed anything. One of the many highlights of our stay was the unexpected upgrade to a larger and more luxurious room. The room itself was stunning—spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The Balmain and Penhaligon’s amenities added a touch of indulgence, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept like babies every night. The food at the restaurant was another standout. Every dish was made with ingredients sourced from their own farm, including freshly harvested rice, vegetables, and even their own meat. The quality and freshness were evident in every bite, making every meal a delight. What truly set this resort apart was the level of care and attention from the staff. Even after we checked out, they surprised us with packed snacks for our long ride back to Shanghai—such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! It’s rare to find this kind of genuine hospitality, where you truly feel like a valued guest rather than just another visitor. The resort itself is massive, offering plenty of space to explore. We loved taking peaceful walks around the lake, breathing in the crisp, fresh air, and simply soaking in the tranquility of the surroundings. It was the perfect escape from city life. Overall, this was one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. The combination of exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, farm-to-table dining, and breathtaking surroundings made for an unforgettable stay. We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a truly special getaway!

What an amazing place! We were looking for a quiet retreat to escape the hustle and bustle of Shanghai and it delivered 1000%. Such a beautiful hotel with wonderful facilities, flowers and trees everywhere, making it a pleasure to just stroll around and take time to relax. The staff and owners were wonderful and genuinely nice, making sure that our stay was flawless. The e food proposed by the restaurant is delicious, as well as the breakfast (both set menu and buffet). Since the hotel belongs to the farm, vegetables and such are fresh and local and it tastes! The room (romantic suite) was spacious and super clean with great amenities. We are so looking forward to come back!!

Where do i begin? Not only was the location remote, peaceful and quiet, but the staff and owners were absolutely incredible. So accommodating, so helpful, so kind and genuine. Without having our own car to travel around the island while we stayed, the villa went out of their way to make sure we had transport to and from the resort. The room was huge and incredibly clean. There are a number of different buildings and room styles to choose from and booking one of the cheaper options for our stay we were blown away by what we got. The villa boasts beautiful grounds that you are free to explore, as well as a lawn near the main building where you can play games and sports and in the evening they even screen movies via a projector. The overall atmosphere of the resort is very tranquil, so much so that we slept so well that we missed breakfast! Marilyn and Leslie (who both speak English very well) were so accommodating though that they assured us we could still visit the dining hall and get breakfast and had even remembered what we had enjoyed the morning earlier and had them waiting on the table for us when we arrived. Above and beyond service that doesn’t feel forced or fake. I’ve already recommended this villa to a number of friends and would definitely recommend it to anyone reading this review.

非常滿意的一次度假體驗，我老公生日，婆婆88歲高壽，和兒子帶着他們一同來到東禾九穀悦泊鄉村酒店，讓我感受到了温馨舒適周到體貼的服務，房間兩間底樓，還可以想通，後門還有一棵桂花樹，坐在院子裏舒服，衞生間也是適老化。晚餐和午餐都在酒店餐廳，食物味道鮮美，早餐豐富營養。晚餐還送了生日麪以及抱枕，88歲奶奶輪椅他們都幫忙推行。晚上的游泳館兒子覺得舒服衞生，人少遊得太爽了。離開酒店還送了伴手禮，真是一次美妙絕倫的體驗。度假絕對好去處！

太滿意了，酒店服務超棒，我們的王管家入住前就加了微信並且有求必應，各個崗位的工作人員（尤其餐廳）以及經理都是很不錯的讓我們全家老少都讚不絕口，比這裏好的酒店不是沒住過，不過像這裏服務這麼好的真的不多見。農場的大米超讚，餐廳雖然貴了點但是服務沒的説，我覺得非常值。中秋晚上還有燒塔晚會，媽媽喜歡熱鬧玩的很開心。臨走還送了一大包自種的蔬菜（茄子空心菜青椒等）和兩罐大米，長者家都非常感謝，謝謝，下次還來！
