Extremely welcoming staff, exceeding my expectation. Overall the room was clean, superb location at the south Xuhui area and just a few minutes walk away from the Metro. Will definitely come back again

The hotel was clean so to stay there for one or two nights is ok. However the location is a bit far away from everything so not very convenient. The breakfast is quite simple, they could improve it a little. The staff was helpful and nice so I was happy about that.

進門的時候 大堂有歡迎水果 飲料 。而且房間特別大，感覺不像市區裏面的酒店枕頭也很舒服，一高一低。不管是硬件還是軟件比很多五星級酒店都要好。特別要表揚一下大堂經理特別熱情。從來不發表評論的我今天特地來表揚一下。

很適合帶家人居住，前台小姐姐璐璐很熱情，服務很周到，酒店有免費停車場，地鐵1號線和12號線就在周邊，日月光商場就在附近，給行程帶來非常棒的便利，房間裏有提供免費的飲料和水，阿姨打掃衞生很乾凈，早餐也很豐富，下次有行程還會再去。

無意當中網上看到的，環境很不錯呢，當天我生日，免費給升級啦，前台兩個女孩子態度都很nice，住的很舒服，很安靜，免費的飲料很貼心，礦泉水也非常的不錯，下次還會光顧呢，好評。

交通方便，尤其是服務特別的好。每一位員工都很有禮貌，基本是有求必應，還有洗衣房，健身房，離地鐵也特別的近。推薦推薦咯。

房間很好，馬桶是智能的，很喜歡提供礦泉水牌子。很舒服。位置離地鐵站很近。下次來首選。特別感謝客服璐璐，非常周到熱情❤

很滿意的住宿體驗，從前台小姐姐到客房清掃的工作人員都特別友好，貼心的給升級較大的房間，超出我訂房間的預期，下次依然會選擇這個酒店，也會推薦給朋友👍
