Extremely welcoming staff, exceeding my expectation. Overall the room was clean, superb location at the south Xuhui area and just a few minutes walk away from the Metro. Will definitely come back again

I MUST write these comments Especially The Sales Mannager .r Alez Yu who performed Exceptional Top Class Service Very Professional even Added me on his personal Wechat for me to reach out to him in event of any need off his official work schedule while we on the move Hotel is very conveniently located .near Metro and shopping..convenient store supermarket I recommend this Hotel to Shay Pls look for Mr Alex Yu for any assistance He is very Service Orientatied

The hotel was clean so to stay there for one or two nights is ok. However the location is a bit far away from everything so not very convenient. The breakfast is quite simple, they could improve it a little. The staff was helpful and nice so I was happy about that.

很不錯，第一次住華住會下面的美居，服務態度很好！尤其前台小姐姐！之前一直住全季，這次帶家長入住，進門就給礦泉水，房間很大，很乾凈，還有免費飲料，家長都很滿意！離地鐵站也很近

Super Hotel. Sehr gute Lage. Nur 200m von der U-Bahnstation entfernt. Einkaufszentrum ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt mit sehr vielen Verpflegung- Möglichkeiten. Sehr schnelles Checkin. Alle Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Gepäck wurde sogar auf das Zimmer gebracht. Zimmer sehr gross und Sauber. Sogar eine Toilette mit automatischer Spülung . Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Vielfältiges Chinesisches Buffet und westliches Buffet mit Toastbrot und div. Kuchen inkl. Kaffeemaschine. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich!
