Era molto vicino alla metro! Ho anche pensato che l'interno fosse molto carino e il personale molto cordiale e disponibile! Hanno anche una palestra e una lavanderia che volevo usare ma non ho avuto tempo! Mi piace anche il fatto che abbiano un sacco di aree salotto al primo piano.

La camera è davvero nella media. L'unico vantaggio è la posizione. Ha un odore squallido. Il prezzo è sufficiente per soggiornare in un marchio internazionale, quindi non essere troppo pigro e cerca di avvicinarti alle attrazioni domande, il personale dell'hotel le minimizzerà e le ignorerà. The hotel was okay - rooms were clean but showed minor wear. Housekeeping missed some details. Comfortable bed but thin walls made it noisy. Breakfast was limited and pricey. Staff were polite but slow with requests. Decent for the price, but nothing special. Would stay again if needed.

Pretty damn good. The hospitality and service is consistent in quality when compared to Changsha Atour. That a great experience already. At Shanghai Atuor, Xiaoma 晓马 helped make our stay super comfortable and accommodating to our needs during the trip. Xiaoma and his manager at the hotel also accepted our upgrade to room for the longer stay and late checkout so that we can have lo get time to explore the city. Highly recommend to stay at Atour.

Staff were very attentive and effective. Room was well kept and orderly, however the construction noises at night were difficult to bear with. The staff have written a card to notify us guests of this, which was effective in placating my anger at having my sleep disturbed, however it did not make the noise easier to tolerate. A great place slightly tarnished by an unfortunate surrounding environment.

I recently stayed at Atour Hotel (Shanghai The Bund, Old Wharf) and was very pleased with my experience. First and foremost, I want to highlight the excellent service – the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help.
The rooms, although a bit worn, were clean and cozy, which was perfectly acceptable for me. This did not detract from my overall impression of the hotel.
I especially want to thank the staff for their responsiveness and professionalism – they truly made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I will definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Shanghai.
