La posizione è molto buona. È a soli 3-5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana.
Le camere erano molto pulite e moderne. La zia delle pulizie fa un ottimo lavoro nel riordinare le camere e nel riempire l'acqua ogni giorno.
Il personale è molto disponibile e professionale. Sono stati molto disponibili ad aiutarmi con la connessione Wi-Fi, ad accompagnarmi alla lavanderia ecc.
Quando ho fatto il check-in, c'erano alcuni clienti dell'hotel molto difficili, ma il personale dell'hotel ha gestito la situazione con pazienza e professionalità. Questo è encomiabile.
Grazie a tutti per aver reso il mio soggiorno meraviglioso.

La posizione è comoda e a pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana e da altri luoghi. Reception amichevole 24 ore su 24 che puoi trovare per aiutarti con qualsiasi problema. La camera è spaziosa e i servizi sono sufficienti per un soggiorno di livello base e sono in grado di depositare i bagagli dopo il check-out.
Tuttavia l'insonorizzazione delle camere non è delle migliori ma ha un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Anche le opzioni per la colazione potrebbero non avere la massima varietà, ma esistono diverse categorie.

La camera era un po' vecchia, ma pulita. Il servizio lavanderia era fantastico e aveva anche un'asciugatrice. Le ragazze al piano di sotto sono state estremamente disponibili e hanno fatto di tutto durante il mio soggiorno, anche se sono andato da loro con richieste un po' strane. L'unica cosa che vorrei notare è che la tromba delle scale spesso puzzava di fumo di sigaretta.

Love this location because it's accessible to most attractions by metro. To get to the hotel, take Metro Line 2 then change to Line 14 to Wuding Road exit 1, cross at traffic 🚦 light and walk straight for 4 min & you see the hotel logo. Also nice to walk down Wuding road & enjoy local delicacy at a fraction of prices compare to tourist area. Love the robot that delivers to the rooms. But the best is coming here in the winter & have a warm toilet seat every night. Great price & convenience.

The hotel is very good. Both inside the hotel and inside are very clean. The room is spacious even though it was reserved as a normal room. Easily open 2 large suitcases. It was a great feeling and great value booking this hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, everything was beyond our expectations. This is our first trip to Shanghai, and we are grateful that the service staff is nice, fast acting, warm hospitality and helpful. As we arrived early in the morning, the front desk immediately arranged the room for us to check in. After checked in, we noticed that our luggage pad lock key is missing, we called the front desk. They very helpful especially the guy on front desk, act very fast to our room for helping. Sorry for did not ask for his name, but the service given by him really super good service. We very appreciated that cleaner auntie for the service, the cleaning level is high. Everyday make our room very clean and tidy. Very thanksful for the auntie, really make our our stay for 8 days a perfect stay. Location wise, few minutes walking distance near metro Wuding station. Definitely we will come back to this hotel in our next visit in Shanghai again. Thank you to all the staffs for excellent service. Keep it up.
