The overall experience is nice, it is also very near to expo. The staff members are friendly, Mandy from the front desk is responsible for answering my enquiries swiftly.
Oh, and the food is good.

Very good stay, friendly staff at front desk and concierge, helping me locate my packages, printing or giving directions. Close to subway, only a few minutes walk. Right next to the mall where there were tons of options for restaurants. The breakfast was good, too. Would recommend to friends for sure.

I stayed here for a concert as it is of walking distance to the Mercedes benz arena. I arrived in the evening and was checked in to the room immediately. I've gotten river view twin bedded room. The view is so beautiful. Fruits, prunes and chips were given in the room, probably also because of the power disruption later in the night. I woke up in the middle of the night as the aircon was off and tv on by itself when the power resumed. I was scared for awhile as I stayed alone. Staff were nice but some are not really approachable. Food delivery and parcels will have to be collected downstairs inside a dark room on both sides of the hotel. I lost a parcel and was never found. It's still nice to come back to hotel due to the hot weather outside. Plenty of water were given in the room. The smart toilet always flushes by itself somehow, little scary for me as I travel alone. It is near to a mall, metro station and many eateries.

I enjoyed my stay here, nice property, staff was very polite and helping. Breakfast was excellent, food quality was good, people can speak good english and take care of dietary requirement. Amazing property and amazing people 👍

I recently stayed at the Hotel Mumian Shanghai Expo for 4 days and enjoyed it so much that I extended for another 2.
A major highlight was the service at the front desk, particularly from Michael. His English is excellent, and he was incredibly helpful, offering thoughtful suggestions and guidance throughout our stay. He was always proactive in checking on us to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
The hotel maintains high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Our room was smart and modern, featuring high-tech electronic toilets with bidet functions, which was a great relief, especially one who is used with it.
My only small suggestion would be to have more variety in the breakfast options, as the selection seemed to repeat daily.
Despite that, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for the exceptional service from staff like Michael.

因為要過紀念日，提前聯繫酒店佈置房間 ，當天到達酒店後發現已經提前給預留了房間還貼心的升級到了尊貴江景房 ，再此特別要感謝管家Emma有問必答，服務貼心 ，給個大大的👍🏻
這次安排的房間在17F，房間面積不算小，床品很舒適，早餐雖然中規中矩，但是有哈密瓜汁這點有被驚喜到 ，牛肉麪裏給的肉也挺多的，總體來説服務+體驗這塊都很不錯，那就期待下次再見咯 ～

酒店地理位置非常好，出門就是世博源，梅賽德斯奔馳館和中華藝術宮，房卡也做得很精緻。酒店內很多裝飾都是以珍珠為主的，非常高雅。酒店前台yuelle提前一天電聯我問了相關需求，得知我快過生日了，給我的房間做了升級並進行了生日佈置，還送了水果和蛋糕，真的很貼心，房間視野也非常好，特別是晚上可以欣賞浦東三件套和燈光絢麗的盧浦大橋，yuelle還主動添加了我的微信，在我每次有問題求助的時候都能快速有效的解決，讓我有種賓至如歸的感覺。酒店是今年新開業的，所以房間內設施都很新，還都是語音控制的，住得很温馨，很舒服。早餐也特別豐盛，吃得很滿意。強烈推薦！
