It’s was a beautiful hotel with very responsible staff. The location was perfect and the room was clean. I loved it

The hotel environment is extremely clean, and the whole atmosphere is very Shanghai-style. The service is excellent, especially from the staff member IDA. Her meticulous care made us feel extremely warm. He provided very professional service, and we will definitely choose this hotel again when we come to China next time and We sincerely appreciate the exceptional support provided by the hotel staff in managing all our transportation needs, especially in ensuring we reached the railway station smoothly. Their dedication, prompt assistance, and willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate our requests made our stay even more comfortable. They truly tried their best to assist us, and we are very grateful for their outstanding service.

Blossom Manoir Lujiazui... it definitely left a lasting impression on me during my stay. Stepping into that courtyard felt like stepping back in time, a little oasis tucked away amidst the modern buzz of Lujiazui. The architecture, that oriental feel with the connecting corridors, was so different from the usual towering hotels you find in that area – it had a real character to it. The welcome I received was genuinely warm. There was someone right there to help with my bag, and the check-in process was smooth, accompanied by a much-appreciated bottle of home-brew tea. It was a lovely touch that made me feel instantly at ease. And the old house tour? Definitely take them up on that if you have the time! It really brought the history of the place to life and gave context to the unique design. My room was a comfortable haven. I remember being pleasantly surprised by the selection in the mini-bar – it went beyond the usual standard offerings. And yes, the bed was incredibly comfortable; I slept like a log after a long day of exploring Shanghai, probably with the help of "Goodnight" soup treat offered for turndown service. I did have breakfast at their restaurant one morning. It was a decent spread with a mix of Western and Chinese options. While it wasn't the most extravagant buffet I've ever seen, the quality was extremely good, and the setting was pleasant. I have been to many hotels/resorts, I can say the hospitality at this place is what keeps me coming back and recommend the place to all my friends. Thank you Francis, Irvin and Stephen and everyone for taking care of me, I truly felt at home here.

First time back in Shanghai in almost a decade, and this hotel set the bar quite high. The service was on a different level — everyone was genuinely polite, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. There's just so many little things they do that made the stay so memorable. The place itself is beautiful and full of charm, and its deep history gives the entire stay a unique sense of character. Breakfast is also a must-try, and the bar has an impressive whiskey selection along with plenty of other great drinks. There's also an exquisite tea ceremony spot within walking distance (huge plus). I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m back.
