Un'esperienza grandiosa! La posizione geografica è superiore e conveniente! L'addetto alla reception era cordiale e premuroso, soprattutto cordiale! La stanza è ordinata e pulita! Hotel molto conveniente!

Un'ottima esperienza, la lobby è un po' piccola, ma le strutture all'interno dell'hotel sono molto buone. Le ragazze che hanno fatto il check-in alla reception sono state molto gentili e la bellezza di Flora mi ha fatto passare al piano executive. Quando sono uscito a cena a mezzogiorno, ho incontrato la zia Sun che puliva la camera degli ospiti al 26° piano e ho chiesto molto attentamente i requisiti di pulizia. Quando sono tornato, ho scoperto che i miei cosmetici erano tutti puliti e in ordine. Esperienza molto positiva, molto conveniente.

IMPECCABLE SERVICE! And pleasant stay. I am a fan of AMARA GROUP. So, it was easy choice where to stay in SH. From check-in to check-out the Amara Signature SH Team were kind and polite. Theyve greeted me personally everytime they see me. Helped me with all my needs, from front office, concierge, health and fitness attendant and flo bar team. Everyone on top of their service! The hotel itself feels luxurious eventho the lobby just a tad smaller than expected. Room was clean, bright as requested but they do smells a lil bit old and tiresome. Outdoor swimming pool were nice for a dip too. Thank you, Amara. I would definitely comeback. Thank you!

Overall I had a pleasant experience at the Amara. The staff was nice and the front desk was friendly. However, I booked this hotel specifically to use the pool because I saw the lovely photos on trip, and planned to have a pool day swimming and reading. Unfortunately there is no seating available at the pool, they just provide a mat on the ground and it was too uncomfortable to be enjoyable.

Lovely, clean hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, it’s fairly close to western restaurants and the bund. The bath tub was great for relaxing. One issue was that the AC in the room couldn’t be used, as there was central heating. The room was terribly hot. Other than that, I would stay again.

There isn’t anything to rave about but it serves its purpose. Iv stayed here a few times and I have no complaints about this hotel

Hotel had a great view, my son and I enjoyed the stay. The hotel staff was very helpful with any requests I had and everyone was polite. Breakfast was quite good too.

I enjoyed my stay at Amara. They staff are friendly and the lobby is beautifully decorated for Christmas. I was a bit concerned about the temperature in the room, since it’s a high floor. Also, I was given a room with a conjoined wall / door so the noise level from my neighbors was a bit annoying. But mostly a great place to stay!

Had a great stay here. Location is very good, can access alot of food , shopping mall and coffee around the hotel.. starbucks and luckin coffee just besides the hotel. Staff can communicate in english too Thanks Henry ( receptionist at night ) for helping me buying something online for my kid during our stay. I cant do online shopping without china’s numbers Thanks Almira ( receptionist at day ) for recommending me some beef noodle ( chen xiang gui beef noodle is delicious ) around and guide me for local groceries market nearby the hotel Improvement needed for someone that makeup the room, fail to change our bath towel and refill our amenities during our stay.. need to call them to do that again at night to redo what should they do. Overall is great, got free upgraded to the high floor room and 1 night free mini bar.. Will recommend this hotel to my colleagues as well

Pretty new hotel, I think it was completed in 2017. Got a deluxe room with all the amenties, a tub, shower facilities. All the curtains and blinds are remote controlled which is fantastic.

Only disappointment is we expected a coffee machine in hotel like this but there isn’t. Also when we asked for creamer for our own coffee, they couldn’t provide one.
