You come for the skiing, but you really want to stay for the hotel. This is a wonderful hotel providing you with the ‘Nordic’ feel it promises. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Amber who checked us in swiftly and we were able to enjoy the comfort of our room. Breakfast was vast and delicious which allowed for us to have plenty of energy for the slopes. Highly recommend a stay here for as long as you can.

Excellent Ski-in/Ski-out Experience with Great Dining I stayed here with a stay voucher and was thoroughly impressed. The location is unbeatable — you can literally wake up and walk straight out to the ski slopes. It’s perfect for skiers and snowboarders looking for easy access to the snow. The free dinner voucher was another highlight. I dined at the Teppanyaki restaurant, where the food was flavorful and offered a good variety of dishes. It was a wonderful dining experience. Housekeeping was excellent — the room was cleaned daily, and they consistently restocked water, coffee, and tea, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely return in the future.

Good hotel and nice place Warm welcome Comfortable in everything

It's a sensational experience as part of our shanghai trip. The room design and service, the dinning at both ground floor breakfast and L18 teppanyaki, the swimming pool are beyond expectation. Last but not least the convenience of unlimited day pass to the ski from L16, with a fully serviced rest room and exclusive early access to the ski track adds absolutely to a luxurious and value to the package we purchased. One thing for further visitor to note is that you probably want to talk to the conceige for purchase options on stay+ski pass packages. It's a luxury hotel that has some exclusive access to a ski resort who also provides gear rental. The combination of these services itself worths a math class. We were impressed by Ms Feng in particular at conceige who was patient and experienced in explaining these combinations and help us pick the one meets all our needs at the price that we would have overpaid if purchased all items individually. Our 12 years and 9 years old enjoyed the swimming pool, the 9am-10pm flexible unlimited access ski, and the nutritious breakfast. My wife had a geart dinner at Teppanyaki. The room is of quality and I personally enjoyed the scandinavia design language.

來滑雪玩的，看中入住酒店早上可以提前1小時進入雪場的優勢，也的確實現了。酒店的設施也過硬，房間蠻大的，是考慮過滑雪裝備需要乾爽的需求，開放的外掛設計，是滑雪者需要的。現在滑雪淡季服務還是及時和貼心的。很高興入住，這次時間短，下次會去健身房泳池看看。另外早餐好吃，水果不是切塊一盤盤浪費，給個按甜度吃的小杯子放各種拼切，點個贊。

乾淨，衞生，奢華，不愧是五星的酒店👍辦理入住的時候前台FD非常熱情，賓客關係主任小馬得知我們還未午飯，立馬發來餐廳的菜牌，一樓餐廳服務員看我們着急去玩，也很迅速的為我們推薦了簡單又美味的餐食，為我們節約了許多時間，還有進出幫我們拿行李的小哥、偶遇到的酒店工作人員，都非常熱情👍讓我感受到了賓至如歸的感覺，真心感謝！希望酒店蒸蒸日上，越來越好！

新一週的酒店體驗，可以説向著滑雪友好型又邁了一步，硬件和軟件細節都有進步： 1.一樓大堂小哥（運動服）迎來送往，幫忙拿雪具，擺上車或送到客房，很熱情，也很細心。 2.16樓滑雪大廳的地墊又多加了幾塊，比如：樓梯轉彎處（如圖一），安全性進一步提升；連接冷區的通道，也貼心地加了地墊，這段時間耀雪世界可能在逐漸改進雪質，冷暖區之間零星積冰，地墊保障安全的做法很好。 3.16層經理友好地提供了一次性拖鞋，中途休息時脱下雙板雪鞋着拖鞋，是很重要的放鬆。 4.17層的休息區一如既往的舒適，飲料冰箱左右分別是無糖飲料和有糖飲料（如圖二），各取所需吧，兩份濃縮咖啡加上蘇打水，自製氣泡美式咖啡，看一集劇，吃點小食（黃梅天，堅果口感不錯，説明是勤換的）（如圖三、四、五），再去滑雪。 5.酒店維繫賓客（特別是常客，滑雪客很可能都是常客）的心意和做法也越來越有創意（如圖六）。 早餐最近一段時間都維持了比較穩定的高水準，加了一點粗的三絲冷麪、芝士，以及及時撤空盤和餐廳服務員的禮貌待人，都讓人愜意（如圖七、八）。 本週如果説有一點小瑕疵的話，就是早晨電梯的温控，也許是一夜沒人坐電梯，一早我先進電梯？臨近前台的這個方位的電梯，温度肯定在20度以下，可以冷到起雞皮疙瘩。另外幾台電梯的温度都還是很正常的。
