Amazing hotel! The staff at the reception were just lovely — kind, helpful, really understanding. They even let us check in a bit earlier, which we really appreciated. Everything was super clean, with perfect water pressure in the shower. The room was small but so cozy! We stayed in a room with a balcony on the 36th floor — and wow, the view was breathtaking. I would absolutely recommend this place to my friends — I really enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect, right in the center of Shanghai, just 20 minutes from The Bund.
非常好的公寓。前台的工作人员非常友好、体贴，服务特别棒。酒店还提前为我们办理了入住，充分考虑了我们的实际情况。房间内很干净，淋浴水压很大，洗澡特别舒服。房间虽然不大，但非常温馨。我们住在36楼带阳台的房间，景色非常漂亮。很愿意向朋友们推荐这家酒店，真的很喜欢这里。酒店的位置也很好，位于上海市中心，距离外滩大约20分钟路程

The Superior suite is far better than queen or twin bed rooms, as it is much more spacious, with its own kitchen and laundry. The Hairer washer/dryer combo is not accurate at its time estimation, for example, 3 hours drying turns out to be 3.5 hours. But in general it does the job. Kitchen utensils are very limited but enough for a couple unless you want to cook a large meal. Staff will bring the deliveries to your door in the night. Front desk staff Lucy also did a good job in meeting clients demands.

The place is very well situated, quite close to Tianzifang. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. We got upgraded to the 2 bedroom suite and was very thankful for that, it was perfect for our family. There are 2 bathrooms, one for each room which is very handy. The guy at the reception was lovely and super helpful, we added him on WeChat and he made the whole check-in/check-out process super straightforward and helped us with parking and food delivery. The only bad side of the the apartment is the bed. The mattress is very hard and the pillows really slim. The bedsheets don’t fully cover the bed so you wake up just lying on the mattress, which is something I personally find rather uncomfortable. Also the air conditioner turned off in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. Other than that the place is awesome.

設施：是基本三星酒店該有的設施，有個大陽台（我就是奔着這個來的），電視機也是智能的，還有冰箱。洗手間很小，乾濕沒有分離，洗了澡之後下水道會有味道，睡覺要把洗手間房門關上不然房間會很臭。
衞生：室內衞生還是及格的，專門為其而來的大陽台比較失望。很大，但是地面很臟很多灰，應該是沒有定時清理的，陽台也沒有桌椅，就什麼都沒有。有點失望。好在房間前往陽台的落地窗可開面積很大，晚上吃夜宵好通風。
環境：在一個小區裏面，和其他居民共用，民宿，並不是單獨的建築或者建築連着好幾層這樣。電梯和一樓都需要刷卡進入。意味着外賣需要親自下樓拿，但是電梯很快。
服務：前台不是24小時，她們早上9:30才上班。

酒店公寓在居民小區裏，街邊沒有任何指示路牌，全靠高德地圖和自己探索，幾次外賣員都在原地徘徊找不到方向。住了幾天發現管理和服務的工作人員不超過五人，這麼多房間衹有二個做衞生的，根本忙不過來，衞生做不到位也就可想而知了，進門大面上看着很寬敞，不能看細節，2022年裝修才三年已經顯舊了，並且裝修工人做的也很粗糙，釘子還留在牆上，牆體多處開裂，純色地毯像世地圖一樣很多污漬，毛巾床上用品很舊了還在用，盥洗台在兩個門中間，那麼人站在那呢？會不會被打後腦勺？當然之前評論區有很多好的評論也就不重複了，總之滿意的地方也有不少，但是大家都説好的，總要有人講一些不同的，供之後的住客參考，也是給店家一些改進意見

위치는 티엔즈팡이랑 가까웠어요! 숙소 근처에 편의점은 없지만 바로 옆에 마트는 있어요! 방도 넓고 화장실도 두개여서 너무 편하게 잘 쉬다 갔습니다~

設施：這個洗手間設計思路挺清奇 淋浴在門口 馬桶在裏面 洗完澡就進不去了…地是濕的 房間用品衹有牙刷 洗髮水粘成一坨太難用了…棉簽等其他日用品沒有
衞生：下水道反味兒嚴重
環境：位置方便
服務：兩部電梯 但是巨慢 本來擁擠的電梯保潔看見有客人完全無視 硬擠進來臟的保潔車把我擠到電梯角落太無語了
