La mia camera era sporca e aveva un odore orribile, inoltre mi hanno assegnato una stanza in cui per accedere al wc bisognava passare dalla doccia. Le foto della stanza che avevo prenotato erano diverse e in ogni caso non ho mai visto una cosa del genere. Mi hanno assegnato la stanza prima del previsto ma non ci tornerei in ogni caso.

Very reasonable hotel, & very close to many great restaurants, theaters & coffee shops. The rooms are a little small, but the amenities are good (and there’s a cute resident cat to greet you). Would recommend again.

第一次入住這個酒店，體驗感非常不好，電梯非常擁擠，過道空間很小層高很低非常讓人壓抑，走進房間有股很明顯的黴味，房間煙味也很重，隔音效果很差，半夜能清晰的聽見隔壁電視聲音，桌上都有灰塵衞生不到位，下次再也不訂了

靜安寺附近入住酒店蠻多，這次的入住感覺不好！進入酒店樓層空間狹小，壓抑的感覺，房間不大，有異味，灰塵多，打掃的不乾淨，燒水壺裡有水，自己燙了一次，才敢用！礦水還是打開過的！浴巾裏有毛髮，洗澡水量不錯！隔音不好，晚上隔壁客人動靜比較大，也能聽見打掃阿姨説話的聲音！酒店有餐廳沒有早餐，天冷外賣不是很方便，停車費付了120，心疼！整體不推薦！！

OH MY GOODNESS!! This hotel is life win.. since we arrive the staff is very friendly greeting me & my friend make us feel good after long flights, 🫶 THE CHECK IN WAS VERY FAST AND SMOOTH🧡 🫶THE COFFE : the coffe machine was very good, every morning I have coffee that boosts my day, I will buy the same machine for my hotel too so my guests could be happy like me. 🧡🧡 one night we have party and we come back with our coat smell cigarettes so badly, I am try to look for dry clean laundry and the owner help us to the max but can only get it done until 3days we couldn’t do that as I need my coat, so he help us to get it done at hotel and he charges us FREE 🙈🙏🙏 🧡🇨🇳 the cleaners hotel room in Shang hai! I 💛💛every action the staff and the owner done is 100/10 help us a lots with taxi booking, laundry, sightseeing information, I will definitely comeback again and I highly recommended! 🙏🙏 THANK YOU TRUE GO HOTEL SHANGHAI, you all made my first trip to China experience unforgettable 🙏

The hotel seems to be a newly renovated. It’s located near Jing’an Kerry Center and other shopping malls. It’s about 10 minutes walking from the metro Line 2 and 7. They do not have restaurant and they do not offer breakfast. I am not sure if they will have this offer in the future. However, there are some seatings inside and outside the hotel. There are also many places to eat close to the hotel. I only have problem with the shower door. Other that that, it was a pleasant stay and quite affordable close to Jing’an area.
