TRUE GO Hotel (Shanghai Wujiaochang University of Finance and Economics Subway Station)

服務：外賣由前台送上樓這點很棒，缺什麼也能立即送上來，態度也很好，隨時打招呼，都能及時迴應，這家酒店員工培訓真的做的挺好！ 設施：基本齊全，熨燙、洗衣房單獨在5樓，房間空間大小還行

距離肺科醫院，財經大學，復旦大學都很近，距離三號線衹有400米，步行五分鐘，附近商場距離也近，店裡裝修風格也很時尚，一次不錯的入住體驗！

First, the sewage system is terrible. Toilet is not air conditioned, more like open air with windows sealed to avoid pests. But still had tiny white bugs flying around the shower head. Second, The toilet bowl and shower area always had a sewage smell. Always got water around the toilet bowl floor area after flush. Then, the Bed and blanket had bugs, see photo. A beetle crawled out from behind the bedside table and I killed it, see photo. Cleaner lady left hair in the toilet bowl after making up the room, see photo. Front desk totally ignored our food order even after the delivery driver informed them. We had to go down to check the table that was designated for food delivery, while the young chap was chatting happily with a young lady both at the front desk. Hotel is inside a condo area, so only had one way in and out. Far from the mrt stations. 江湾镇站 is nearer to the hotel, but still 15 mins walk. Hard to get Didi near the hotel because the app said that this location is not a common route. Overall this is a terrible hotel and only good thing is free mineral water bottles.

很糟糕的一次住房體驗！早上六點鐘酒店旁就開始有噪音（見視頻），根本沒有辦法睡覺。房間內毛巾是破的，淋浴間衞生也很差。我在洗衣房洗完衣服開始烘乾，這時候洗衣機壞掉打不開了，等工作人員來打開後，我發現我的衣褲已經變形縮小了😇

因為去復旦大學看孩子，附近常住的檀程大酒店房間已滿，所以選擇入住秋果酒店，優點：入住比較安靜，淋浴水龍頭水流比較大，缺點：房間角落未打掃乾淨，有很多灰塵，衞生間筒燈有故障，一直閃爍，不知道為什麼沒有維修，因為當天入住已經凌晨也不願意折騰，本想多住兩晚，第二天果斷攜程平台退訂

服務人員態度很好，給我延遲退房了哈哈
