Have gym and free laudry, very helpful to travelling

Is a small hotel located a little outskirts from Shanghai central city but quite cozy. It has food and a neighbourhood mall only just next door. Generally quite clean with basic toiletries. Like most posts u see, they have this little robot for delivery service to your room - cute. Overall is good when checking in after booked with trip.com was smooth. Except based on photos that is posted in trip.com, I chose the room with a bigger window - double panel (wanted like more daylighting and airy) but was given a single window. I had to top up another RMB199 to get the one posted in trip.com. Apart from that, staff were friendly & helpful.

Excellent service, especially the first day during check-in they offer to switch me to a much quieter room. I asked for an extra blanket because my daughter tosses and turnes. One of the hotel receptionist personally brought the blanket and even offer to put the duvet cover for me. Their service level is almost comparable to Japan and Japan has exceptional services. The room is a decent size, cleaned and organize, and with a humungous TV in front of the bed. I would definitely recommend to stay at this hotel even though it’s a little far from the busy shopping downtown area, but they have other locations to choose from so you have options, although I can’t speak for the other locations. They even offer warmed water bottle during checkout.

My room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. The amenities, including [mention any standout features like the, gym, or complimentary breakfast], added extra value to my stay. The location was perfect—close to [mention nearby attractions or convenience], making it easy to explore the area. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and their friendly attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend ATOUR to anyone visiting the area. I can’t wait to return for another stay!

The hotel location is very convenient especially if you have to visit customers and suppliers in Pudong Area. Very clean and modern.  There is the possibility to wash and dry (DIY) for free. There is a small gym (you can exercise while you wash and ry your clothes). Nice breakfast with a variety of salty and sweet choices.

Really nice staff. The lady called “Little beauty” was really helpful. Recommend this hotel!!!

Not as big as the other Atour hotels.but just as nice. Service was always great really close to a shopping center with in walking distance rooms were smaller than the one in chengdu they have late night snacks and gym and washer and dryer. Service is always hospitable and nice definitely recommend staying at an Atour hotel want to try their own brand of pillows to see how it is

staffs are friendly and helpful. room is clean and comfortable.
