The hotel is a bit away from most attractions in Shanghai and there’s nothing much around it to explore. The room is new and clean, but during our stay there was no air-conditioning. We had to open the window for fresh air. Otherwise, the room is very stuffy. We contacted the front desk for assistance but there isn’t much difference. It would have been a nice stay if it’s not for this issue.

Value for money. Near train station. When taking a taxi, it takes around 45 minutes to get to the city centre, so do bear that in mind. Has laundry room too, and you can purchase a detergent pod for 10yuan. The room was not quite soundproof and there was cigarette smells in the hallways.
Thank you to the front desk staff who helped me out when I had questions and trouble with my Alipay and WeChat.

I received a free upgrade to a corner suite. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The breakfast was phenomenal. The staff did their best to make me feel at home. I really enjoyed my stay.

A Wonderful Stay! I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What I loved most was the peaceful ambiance and attention to detail in every corner of the property. The amenities were top-notch. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options and fresh ingredients. The location was also perfect, close to the metro station. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience.

This hotel is average on standard. Location is far from all tourist spots. There are a lot of construction sites around this hotel. The good thing is that there is a metro station about 3 to 4 min walk. Nearby. There are also food and restaurants on the underground mall near metro. There is a family mart and McDonalds near hotel. Hotel is clean as it is built in 2023

The family room we booked was good with many toys for kids to play with..the room was clean but you can hear some noises at night from other rooms.
Transportation: The hotel’s location is good with close proximity to the subway,get off at Qilianshan Road metro station and exit from exit 2.
The hotel breakfast was just ok with limited western options..also the room does not has milk powder for tea/coffee.

Beautiful hotel, I have stayed here several times. Very friendly staff, spacious and very clean rooms, good breakfast with lots of choice. The staff always tries to satisfy the guests with any queries or problems. I would especially like to thank Jane from reception for her support, help and her friendly smile every day! I am already looking forward to my next stay.
