Abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno in hotel, ma penso che abbiano bisogno di più persone al receptionista/controllo in contatto, poiché il que è molto lungo durante le ore di picco. La colazione era buona ma troppo piena durante le ore di picco. In generale è un buon soggiorno.

The room was cozy. I like how the toilet, shower and sink are all separated, so me and my dad can do different things at the same time. The hotel is in an industrial area so it is quite distant away from the bustling area of the city. I really liked the dental kit they provided at the hotel. Made out of bamboo and the toothpaste is in a packet. Very eco friendly hotel, plastic free.

Staff baik , posizione strategica . 2nd tempo soggiorno in questo hotel, ma questa volta non sono soddisfatto di tutto . 1) Conservatori di case tk tukar selimut ke ? Bcs ada tin . 2) Bila bkk paip, air terus bocor DRPD tali2 tu . 3) La stanza non è ben confezionata, perché i capelli sono sul tavolo, sul tavolo laterale. 4) Colazione? 5/10 solo. Non così tante opzioni. 5) Non mi sono lamentato quel giorno o chiedere il cambio di camera bcs di a stanco 8 ore di guida. Solo bisogno di dormire .

(Room 210) Missing wall tiles in the bathroom, some furnitures(including the bathroom soap holder) were broken. But overall a good option for anyone who's considering a budget friendly way to stay overnight.

Staying for 3 days 2 night for event at Aeon Shah Alam. For check in, the process not really smooth. As he ask for unnecessary receipt, rather than asking for booking number instead. But so far, really convenient and im satisfied with the service at room.

This is not my first time staying here..it’s a large room with pantry and dining area..comfortable bed and convenient parking..the only inconvenience thing is the ironing area is at the dark area..hard to do some ironing in the dark area..maybe can improve on that

Last minute booking Small room And Air cond not is not funtion well Water leaking… Already inform to the staff,they know about the Air cond condition..they know I feel not fair for customer Myb first amd last chek in this hotel
