The place is nice, clean, and comfortable for family with 4 adults and 1 toddler. The location is very close to the mall and icity theme park 👍🏻👍🏻

cheap price very satisfied. i will recommend to all my fellow friends and family. the owner also very friendly and polite person.

It's an excellent property. The house is very clean and tidy. The amenities are good, and the beds are so comfortable. Almost everything is perfect, but except the bad pungent smell from the toilet is very annoying. The management of the building has to do something on the sewerage/septic tank. Access to iCity shopping mall and games center is just minutes of walk. Parking space is good.

The place had a broken shattaf (bidet). Bathroom lights flickering. Bathroom smelling of a bad odor. Ac in the room when switched on was leaking water. Floors were dirty. I I tried to use the Washing machine and all the water leaked out on the floor. It was spinning just fine but the water didnt drain properly it just leaked outside. Walls had wall paper peeling off from all sides and the wallpaper was so dirty. Iron board was all ripped off. Do not be deceived by pictures you see on the app. I wouldn't come back here unless they were to renovate the place. The place was not maintained at all otherwise the space is beautiful and big. The Chinese guy who came to gice us a new iron board and to help us with the washing machine is a very humble and nice guy. He tried to help us clean the wet floor because of the leakage from the washing machine and he apologized. Good guy really. Self check in and check out was very smooth. Note: there is no luggage storage option available.

Self check-in smooth. Low floor End Unit. Spacious with 2 rooms and a hall. Hall aircon not working. Room aircons and fans work well. Bathrooms ok. Drinking water dispenser ok. Washing machine ok. TV ok. Glass cup weird design. Drinks could spill out easily. Curtain doesn't fit the window well. Cleanliness good.

Booked and confirmed that the flat comes with 2 bathrooms. However, the shower head was broken and the door couldn’t be closed for one of the bathroom. Immediately informed them and waited in the flat for 1.5hrs, was told that the technician took longer to reach due to heavy rain. After coming back from dinner, asked if they could send the technician to fix it but was told that the technician could only come the next day after we check out. Toilet floor and even the toilet bowl were extremely wet when we arrived. Sofa in the living was sinking in the middle. The bed frame in the common room also suddenly broken after 1 night stay. Car park wasn’t convenient and there wasn’t clear instruction (no photo/video) on where to get the key and park the car.

Before handover the homestay must check properly on the amenities in the house, charges based on the amenities in the house but the TV is repaired, no water supply to take shower except sink pain only. Within 1 hour check in already highlighted that no water supply yet not refund the payment to check in at other place. Technician come and see the water supply and can update the house owner the water supply very good but only at 1st floor and once 1 person take bath for another person to use washroom must wait 40 min and the water pressure is very bad. Customer pay m8ney for good service and if cannot provide good service better refund money. Not necessarily to tells that keep checking, keep discussing between management team n bla bla. Then can simply charge for extra rm 50 for for extending 1 hour. Already inform extended due to superb water supply in the house still charged extra which said earlier will refund 30% from the full payment RM 219.00 due to water issue. Seriously not worth it to travel from different place take the homestay and the issues like this.. I did inform the PIC that I have to go different hotel just to take shower because of your homestay problem still not considering to refund.. Don't be money minded and try to give the homestay with proper amenities. Don't just upload for take customer and once check in so much issues and unable to solve the problem immediately.
