Problème de bruit du à la climatisation mais réglé la nuit suivante. Peut mieux faire en petit-déjeuner.

海水裡有一些海藻漂浮，不知是否是季節性的。其他都好。服務人員非常友善，按規定2點才能辦理，先給了一間休息房，後來1點多打掃好也給入住了。環境優美，適合度假。

Hotel non molto grande, raccolto e curato. Situato su un punto di spiaggia incantevole, consente la vista mare in ogni punto: lounge bar, ristorante, pool bar e, ovviamente, dalle camere. Ho dormito in una ocean view al secondo piano e vedevo il mare anche dal letto! La camera è molto spaziosa, luminosa, con un ampio terrazzo attrezzato da sfruttare dall'alba al tramonto. La spiaggia davanti all'hotel è bellissima con acqua cristallina: è una piccola cala delimitata da due rocce ma che non precludono la possibilità di essere aggirate per allungarsi alle altre due spiagge limitrofe. Caratteristica la piccola piscina a sfioro. C'è un negozietto con pochi souvenir e neanche troppo caratteristici. La qualità della cucina è elevata, anche se il buffet della cena non è molto vario. C'è un'ampia scelta sul menu a la carte per il pranzo, l'unica pecca sono i tempi di attesa per la preparazione: per una portata "fast food" abbiamo atteso oltre 40 minuti con il ristorante vuoto. Camerieri efficientissimi, cuochi piuttosto lenti. Tutto il personale è stato molto cortese e disponibile, anche i giovani che erano in stage si davano molto da fare. I costi sono esagerati...ma è una caratteristica della destinazione, non solo di questo hotel. Al di fuori dell'hotel non c'è nulla, a parte un minimarket e un take away di dubbia qualità. L'hotel è situato a sud est dell'isola, distante da centri abitati e dalla capitale.

Abbiamo passato due notti una all’arrivo è una prima di partire per la crociera in catamarano Hotel che affaccia direttamente sul mare con una splendida piscina a sfioro Cucina ottima e camere spaziose Molto gentile il personale sempre disponibile Consiglio

Tutto bello se non fosse che parte del personale fosse come annoiato di lavorare. Si vedeva chiaramente che mancava una figura come un direttore.incomprensioni al check-in e servizio in ristorante sia alla carta che da buffet… scarso( abbiamo pagato l extra per cui non compreso nel pacchetto)

This hotel is quite something. We arrived into our room and instantly felt it was extremely warm, told reception about it, told the air conditioning would be fixed, next day extremely warm again (outside 31c, inside was warmer) spent 4 days of this back and forth game of fixing but never getting fixed until we demanded a room change, basically no sleep for 4 days. The second room had a perfectly working air con and we were happy enough at that point. The hotel is reasonably kept but aging and in desperate need of renovation and tidying up, it just looks shabby everywhere. The food is ok but overall quite bland, we never thought anything tasted especially good, just edible. The prices for anything off the menus are outrageous, drinks cost between 15-30 euro per drink, a simple lunch meal will set you back 30-50 euro, it's crazy. We were forced to partake in the mandatory Christmas and new years "gala" dinner which was basically a bit better buffet for an extra cost of 140 euro per person per event even though we had already paid for half board, another letdown. The staff are friendly enough and do their best I guess, but often you feel they know about all the issues and are annoyed when you point them out (I overheard the air con issue multiple times). The location is alright to get around if you have a rental car but the beach at the hotel is borderline unusable, it's flooded with sea**** on the beach and in the water. Overall I wouldn't recommend staying here, it's extremely expensive and in my view is a 3 star hotel at best, all in all we were quite disappointed with our holiday and from chatting with other hotel guests, they felt the same.

Very good stay and service. Nikhil served us with wonderful Indian cuisine and special treat. We were well received and greeted. We enjoyed the stay altogether. We recommend to stay for longer time here for best comfort and leisure. 🙂🙂🙂
