What can I say We came back for 2nd time after Spring May 2014 Great view great dinner at the restaurant The room with lake was comfortable great view through the window sunrise sunset and dead calm clear lake under the moonlight Good walking track along the lake

what was supposed to be a stopover on the way to the holidays turned out to be a wonderful surprise ! beautiful location, beautiful view of the lake, quiet, very good breakfast, friendly staff...very nice jacuzzi and sauna

The emplacement is wonderful & there is parking on the premises. For the most part, the staff was good. My room was very clean & comfortable however the bed was 2 individual mattresses/beds pushed together which was not comfortable if you slept in the middle of the bed! I suggest they add one of those thin mattress pads on top. I had lunch & breakfast sur place; the lunch was delicious & beautifully presented. However, the breakfast, which I was told would be served until 9h30, was horrendous as was the service & restaurant staff. I arrived at 9h15 & the coffee machine had been turned off, cleaned & shut down. When I asked for coffee, the staff did not try to hide the fact that I was being very inconvenient. There were no scrambled eggs, the water was turned off to make hard/soft-boiled eggs, etc... The hotel did NOT give me or any of the other guests any warning or notification that there was renovation work going on at the hotel at the time of my booking or thereafter. The work was on my floor/level & started at 8h10 with what seemed to be drilling through concrete & the noise was constant until 9h30 & was then off & on all day until the early evening. I was not the only person complaining about the starting hour & noise level first thing in the morning. Emanuel who was on reception duty handled all of the complaints (there were a LOT) very professionally, was attentive & polite. Everyone was more upset that we were not informed in advance & I suggested that the hotel should at the very least put a sign up at the reception (which they still have not done to my knowledge). The hotel management was not overly enthusiastic about trying to make a commercial jest for their clients but those of us who insisted eventually were given 10% off ( I was not but I did not have to pay for my horrible breakfast, thank goodness)! However, I would still recommend the hotel & would book again but suggest you phone & ask if there is any noise or unexpected inconveniences that you should be aware of before confirming your reservation.

Great view, especially at breakfast with big windows on the lake. Great breakfast, both American and French cuisine (and a touch of English). We were very well welcomed, great service. Shoutout to the receptionist (unfortunately we didn't get his name), and all the staff for speaking good English and making communication a lot easier. Comfy bed, good pressure in the shower with big shower head, awsome mountain view. Location is easy to reach. I would've given 5 stars if the pastries were fresher, willing to pay more for breakfast if pastries are fresher. But all the rest is great. Will go back in the future.

Top HÔTEL with swimming pool and WHAT VIEW !!!! Two restaurants on the terrace . You can have a drink all day and go to thé swimming pool to have sun with the best view of Annecy i think. I Come here since ten years and it’s always top

The room we got looked so different compared to the picture that we decided not to stay (very small, old and on the main road). Didn’t prevent the hotel from charging us the full amount. STAY AWAY.

imanol was absolutely fantastic, you could tell he really cared about each person that came to the hotel. he was patient with our french and helped us learn while we were there. he gave us recommendations and went the extra mile to help us feel welcome.

First time in Annecy, and had picked this hotel, based on review's. Super nice people, very nice rooms, and great dinner. The food was very good, and not too pricy. Breakfast was also very nice, but too often did they forget to fill up, which should not be pointed out by so many guests, when so many people are at work. (this is the only reason for not giving 5 stars) New Tapas bar opened one of the nights we where there, the food was perfect, and well prepared. (If I opened something new, I woudl have given the guests a little glass of bubbles or something, but not my choise............ It is a great walk into Annecy, very nice, but not a short walk, but can easily be done in 30 min. We will be back, next time in the area.

Very small rooms, even no space for suitcases, about 50 cm on three sides of the small french double bed, 4th side was the wall. No cupboard, very limited space to place your clothes. The room was labelled as deluxe!!! The only good thing was the nice view from the balcony. No safe place to lock the bicycles. If they have parties in the restaurant all car parking places are full and you as hotel guest has to drive around to find some temporary parking lot. Breakfast for 15 Euro/person is ok but that's it, nothing special. Rooms were clean. Staff neither unfriendly nor friendly, they just do the job. They claim to have SPA and charge for the small SPA area 16 Euro/person/h extra. You have to reserve time for SPA ... It is really not for real use as after some bike sport every body wants to be in SPA at same time and for sure not only 1 h. SPA is simply ridiculous. We have been there for 3 nights. A longer week-end to forget.
