Sono stata da Nobu qualche giorno per festeggiare il mio compleanno con un’amica e mi sono trovata benissimo. Posizione centralissima, perfetta per girare la città e piena di localini, camera grande e bella, colazione e proposte per il room service tra le migliori che abbia provato (d’altronde, parliamo pur sempre di Nobu…). Quando tornerò a Siviglia non avrò dubbi su dove alloggiare.

Sono stata da Nobu con un'amica in occasione del mio compleanno e non posso che confermare che camera, room dining (colazione e cena) e posizione dell'hotel sono ottimi: sicuramente un posto in cui tornare. Una nota speciale di merito allo staff per il servizio.

Hotel inaugurato da poco. Consigliatissimo. In zona strategica e centrale. Pulitissimo, organizzatissimo, di ottimo design. Personale educato, cordiale, disponibile. Camere belle, accoglienti e dotate di ogni comfort. Colazione sorprendente per la presenza di una proposta fissa (deliziosa) più una variabile (a scelta dell'ospite). Ci tornerei certamente ma intanto mi limito a consigliarlo se vi trovate dalle parti di Siviglia.

This hotel is absolutely perfect, the location is brilliant, the hotel goes beyond a 5 star if I’m honest, it is immaculate clean, the staff where amazing and so helpful I must give each of them 10/10 for from the cleaners to the bar staff to the front desk crew . The rooms are just amazing. I had a car with me and the streets around the hotel are very very tight so paying for the valet parking was a game changer and well worth the money. If I was to have one thing bad to say it would be the location of the room , in fairness I did not pay for a room with a view but outside the window of my room 109 is a street and it does get busy with a lot of noise but not a big deal for me , it has a wonderful roof top bar pool area which was stunning, the pool is more a dip pool but perfect. I spent 3 nites here and I definitely would be back. BRILLIANT HOTEL. Thank you

Brilliant location to the old quarter and also great walking distance to the shopping streets. Staff were so helpful and the hotel and rooms extremely clean. We ate in the Japonese restaurant,the food was amazing. The rooftop bar was also superb for an evening drink. Overall excellent stay.

I recently stayed at Hotel Mercer, and it was a delightful experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, attentive staff who were always helpful to our queries, and luxurious ambiance. Hotel price a bit pricey but worth it.

The few staff available were very nice but the hotel director who is in charge of the 3 Mercer Hotels in Seville was rude. We had to change rooms because the first one was noisy and the A/C did not work. The second one the shower was clogged and the maid did not vacuum the floors. We asked at the checkout for a compensation and the director did not agree. He even insinuated that we were lying.

Every thing was wonderful an I sincerely meaning, since the moment of our arrival to last minute of our stay every one of the staff made us feel very well. Our room was spectacular. The best way to describe my experience is Thank you for made us feel so special.

Could not have asked for a better experience! From arrival to departure staff was wonderful, accommodating, & just went above and beyond. Loved our room with plaza view & access to rooftop terrace. Beautiful property & fantastic location.
