La posizione geografica dell'hotel è buona. L'aula può essere detto che è dorata. Anche se la stanza è bella, è molto piccola e le finestre non possono essere aperte per morire.Il servizio è ancora molto entusiasta, il personale di servizio entra nella casa per le diverse spiegazioni. Il più bello dell'hotel è quella piccola scatola. È stato studiato come aprire 😂 Mezzo giorno 😂 Se il rapporto prezzo della stanza è ancora un po' costoso, forse ci sono più fattori di storia dell'hotel.

Great location decent hotel but room for improvement. The location is excellent right beside and almost on top of the cathedral. It is quite boutique and small but with many “attachments”. The rooftop bar which is really two bars is a major draw for guests and non residents alike. It is has a separate gelato bar, a restaurant “al lado” and a tapas bar next door all of which are good. There is a second residents bar (the corner bar) on the ground floor of the hotel and a dedicated small rooftop bar with pool (really a lap pool) for residents only. So it has lots of stuff. The rooms are decent and well appointed if a little quirky and the beds very comfortable. Some rooms have their own terraces. The breakfasts are very good and overall the staff are friendly and attentive. So that all sounds great and it is. So where’s my issue. Well I think it’s down to there being enough staff. When the rooftop bars are in full swing getting staff to come to the residents rooftop bar is tricky and slow and given the popularity of the open rooftop bars it’s often crowded there should residents wish to use these bars. Oddly enough on one wet day when the rooftop bars were closed one would have thought the inside corner bar would be manned for residents as an alternative, but no!!. This may be down to a too tight management of resources but in a five star hotel there should be staff sufficient to keep all facilities open (bar weather closures). The second issue is the noise in rooms near the rooftop bars. The insulation is insufficient and as the music is loud and thumping it is too penetrative. My advice to the hotel is the bring the volume down (which is too loud in the bars themselves to the extent that it’s hard to talk). In my opinion,You could still keep the vibe without the music being quite so loud. This would solve the communication issue in bar and also the irritated residents who can’t sleep.

Il benvenuto è stato eccellente e con molti sorrisi. Ci è stato offerto un drink ed un omaggio in camera. L'abitazione è profumata fin dall'arrivo e PULITISSIMA. Bagno compreso. A disposizione gli accappatoi, le ciabattine e morbidi asciugamani bianchi. La linea cortesia è di Penhaligon's, molto elegante. Ottimi materassi. Alla sera una gentile signorina bussa e consegna dei cioccolatini. Siamo vicini alla piazza La Encarnación, dove si trova la Setas de Sevilla. A poche centinaia di metri la Cattedrale. La zona è tranquilla e si dorme nel silezio. Colazione pregevole fino alle 11:00 !! Le spremute di arance di Siviglia sono deliziose. Il menù delle uova che preparano al momento è ampio. Anche qui complimenti al personale di sala che si dimostra sempre felice di vederti. Il rooftop Bar regala una vista di Siviglia dall'alto. C'è la piscina per i mesi più caldi, la palestra e la sauna. Il ristorante al piano terra è molto piacevole e ben arredato. Il Bus dall'aeroporto costa €4 a persona e si trova facilmente all'uscita dello stesso. Fermata: Marqués de Paradas. Da qui, in meno di 10 minuti, abbiamo camminato fino a via Ortiz de Zúñiga, dove è situato l'hotel. Per il ritorno abbiamo scelto il taxi. Il suo costo è di €25. ... La struttura è completamente nuova, arredata con materiali di pregio. E' curata nei dettagli. I miei ringraziamenti e complimenti ai collaboratori che si prodigano per rendere il soggiorno dei migliori e trasmettono la sensazione che è importante per loro che tu sia in questo hotel. Buona vita a tutti!

For us, a perfect three night stay in the heart of Sevilla. The staff were top notch always available to answer questions and offer suggestions for supper (all were spot on). Location is superb within 10-15 minute walk of all of the important sights and attractions in Sevilla. The property is first rate and our room was perfect. Table served breakfast options were numerous and very good. There are more affordable options but this stay is well worth the price.

Ci piace il nostro soggiorno di una notte all'hotel Tayko a Siviglia. L'hotel dispone di un parcheggio conveniente su una piattaforma di parcheggio all'altra parte della strada. Il responsabile della reception è stato molto utile con il check-in e check-out. Era molto caldo a Siviglia quando siamo arrivati all'hotel e ringraziiamo l'acqua di limone e la coppa di scavo che ci ha offerto al nostro arrivo. L'hotel si è aperto 8 mesi fa e la camera era ben decorata e pulita. La camera aveva acqua, Coca-Cola e Inez Rosales torte (tutti di cortesia) nella camera. Avevamo una bella vista della sorgente di Hispalis sulla porta di Jerez. Raccomando vivamente questo hotel molto piacevole che ha un ottimo sito e un buon servizio al cliente.

Talk about a low grade hotel with terrible customer service and terrible morals. I wish Trip Advisor allowed zero stars. I’ll start by saying, this is my very first hotel review because of how particularly awful this establishment was and unprofessional the staff is. Convenience is not always the answer; there are plenty of other hotels in the area that can offer quality customer service, a good night sleep, and behave with honesty. I had a medical emergency where I needed to cancel my last nights stay. I notified the hotel a few days in advance of check-in and only a few short hours after the penalty window with Expedia. Expedia mentioned that they would need to seek approval from the hotel to receive a refund. The hotel manager gave approval to waive the last nights fee, which I have written proof of from an Expedia agent. I stayed at the hotel for a couple nights as planned, although conditions were less than ideal (which was difficult to report in real time because there was no staff present during my stay, aside from housekeepers, and they do not answer phone calls). After I check out, the hotel manager sends me a WhatsApp message that they will not be agreeing to waive my fee for the last night. When I asked to speak with customer service at the hotel, they told me that they cannot discuss the matter because they are “in meetings all day”. Mind you, this entire conversation is taking place on WhatsApp because they will not pick up my call. Beyond the hotels dishonesty, there were other concerns with my stay. The hotel was very loud due to paper thin walls. It felt like you were sharing a room with SEVERAL neighbors, similar to a hostel. I was awoken several times during the night from people coming and going, and again in the early morning due to loud boisterous noise coming from the common rooms. The second night in particular was a sleepless night. Further, there is no one working at the hotel after 1:30pm so my check-in experience was less than ideal. They were supposed to send an email before you check-in with the information to let yourself into the hotel; however, no email was received (in my standard or junk inbox) and I was forced to wait outside with all my luggage for some time, stressed of course because no one would answer my calls. Seville is a beautiful destination, do not settle for this sloppy excuse for a hotel.

Pleasantly surprised as to quality of this top floor apartment. Not a loft really. Very spacious, clean and comfortable with a terrific and well sized balcony overlooking the cathedral. Great central location but also quiet as it’s up a side street. Here with mates for one night for the Rangers game but will be back with my wife as it ticked all the boxes for what we would want and Seville looks beautiful from what I saw in my short time.

The hotel was lovely. They had things of interest in the public areas such as paintings, ship models and an entire set of beautiful china. The breakfast was varied and fantastic with fresh fruit, a variety of breakfast meats and sweet breads as well as cereal and yogurt. The room was good and the air conditioning was lovely. The staff was helpful and it is within easy walking distance of many beautiful places such as the Plaza de España.

Ci piace il nostro soggiorno di una notte all'hotel Tayko a Siviglia. L'hotel dispone di un parcheggio conveniente su una piattaforma di parcheggio all'altra parte della strada. Era molto caldo a Siviglia quando siamo arrivati all'hotel e ringraziiamo l'acqua di limone e la coppa di scavo che ci ha offerto al nostro arrivo. L'hotel si è aperto 8 mesi fa e la camera era ben decorata e pulita. La camera aveva acqua, Coca-Cola e Inez Rosales torte (tutti di cortesia) nella camera. Avevamo una bella vista della sorgente di Hispalis sulla porta di Jerez. Raccomando vivamente questo hotel molto piacevole che ha un ottimo sito e un buon servizio al cliente.
