I migliori hotel con spa a Siviglia

L'hotel è molto grande, la posizione è buona, Internet è un peccato, vengo dalla Cina e il mio inglese non è molto buono, il personale maschile alla reception parla molto velocemente e sembra che non siano molto pazienti Stiamo viaggiando, il che influisce sull'umore

Sever è davvero molto bello, questo hotel è particolarmente bello.E'il hotel più impressionante che abbia mai vissuto in tanti hotel. Le scale di soffitto sono circondate da un grande edificio, la stanza è grande, la classica giacca, ma non è vecchia, l'esperienza è molto buona.

Excellent Hotel with Fantastic Food and Amenities. The breakfast and lunch/dinner menu was extremely delicious. Araceli cooks delicious food and she even showed me how to eat the local delicacies the Sevillian way. Would highly recommend the Jamon and the truffled eggs! Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming whilst I was there and I would highly recommend staying here. A must if you want to relax, unwind and enjoy the beauty of Sevilla! The spa and rooftop pool is well worth a visit!!! I will definitely be back :)

Nel complesso sono molto soddisfatto. Anche l'atteggiamento del servizio alla reception è molto buono. La lobby dell'hotel è grande ed elegante e soddisfa gli standard delle stelle, il che fa sentire le persone a proprio agio. Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in totale. La prima notte la camera aveva un forte odore e l'aria condizionata era rotta. Tuttavia, poiché era troppo tardi, non abbiamo negoziato con l'hotel. Abbiamo negoziato con l'hotel la mattina successiva e ci hanno cambiato direttamente la stanza.casa. La seconda stanza era molto bella ma non aveva odore. E vorrei elogiare lo shampoo di questo hotel: è molto facile da usare e i miei capelli sono molto morbidi e lisci dopo il lavaggio. Inoltre, l'hotel è ben progettato e dispone di due lavandini, il che è molto comodo per il soggiorno di due persone. Anche la posizione di questo hotel è molto comoda: si trova vicino a Plaza de España e non lontano dal Palazzo Reale, a circa 20 minuti di distanza. Siviglia è bellissima e tranquilla. Sfortunatamente non ho scattato nessuna foto, solo una vista della strada di Siviglia.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questo hotel la camera era di buon livello e rispondeva a quanto scelto. Colazione veramente ottima abbondante e con ampia scelta. L'unico appunto che posso fare è che abbiamo avuto un problema con il riscaldamento in camera che non funzionava e al mattino faceva freddo. Abbiamo fatto presente la cosa è intervenuto il tecnico che non ha risolto il problema ed abbiamo chiesto di poter cambiare stanza magari sullo stesso piano. L' unica disponibile era di livello inferiore ma abbiamo accettato ugualmente. Dopo tutto il disservizio avuto l'addebito di 26 euro di consumazione fatta sulla terrazza è stato veramente di cattivo gusto penso che non riutilizzerò questo hotel.

L'hotel è cambiato in una vecchia casa del XVII secolo, ma le strutture della stanza sono molto moderne e confortevoli.Particolarmente la scena sul pavimento è bella, specialmente la cattedrale di luci solari di mattina, molto bella. L'hotel non è lontano dai punti di attrazione. Mezz'ora a piedi può raggiungere tutti i punti di attrazione principali. È più vicino al palazzo e alla cattedrale. Ci sono dieci minuti.Il ristorante raccomandato dall'hotel è anche molto delizioso, ma solo dieci minuti a piedi.Molto buon hotel! L'unica carenza nella bellezza è che i sacchetti e i denti non sono stati aggiunta, non c'è lavagna da bruciare, e sono stati messi a tavola con la macchina del caffè.

Great location decent hotel but room for improvement. The location is excellent right beside and almost on top of the cathedral. It is quite boutique and small but with many “attachments”. The rooftop bar which is really two bars is a major draw for guests and non residents alike. It is has a separate gelato bar, a restaurant “al lado” and a tapas bar next door all of which are good. There is a second residents bar (the corner bar) on the ground floor of the hotel and a dedicated small rooftop bar with pool (really a lap pool) for residents only. So it has lots of stuff. The rooms are decent and well appointed if a little quirky and the beds very comfortable. Some rooms have their own terraces. The breakfasts are very good and overall the staff are friendly and attentive. So that all sounds great and it is. So where’s my issue. Well I think it’s down to there being enough staff. When the rooftop bars are in full swing getting staff to come to the residents rooftop bar is tricky and slow and given the popularity of the open rooftop bars it’s often crowded there should residents wish to use these bars. Oddly enough on one wet day when the rooftop bars were closed one would have thought the inside corner bar would be manned for residents as an alternative, but no!!. This may be down to a too tight management of resources but in a five star hotel there should be staff sufficient to keep all facilities open (bar weather closures). The second issue is the noise in rooms near the rooftop bars. The insulation is insufficient and as the music is loud and thumping it is too penetrative. My advice to the hotel is the bring the volume down (which is too loud in the bars themselves to the extent that it’s hard to talk). In my opinion,You could still keep the vibe without the music being quite so loud. This would solve the communication issue in bar and also the irritated residents who can’t sleep.

Molto scenico ma andrebbero migliorate alcune cose suddette che ne farebbero un albergo esclusivo

Hotel in posizione eccellente anche se in stradina strettissima quindi non raggiungibile dal taxi che infatti ci ha lasciate a 200 metri con i bagagli. Struttura molto bella e curata nelle zone comuni Camera pessima. Avevamo chiesto una tripla con letti separati. Abbiamo trovato un matrimoniale (comodo) è una ra dona buttata in mezzo davanti alla porta di ingresso. Camera piccolissima. Bagno con vasca e doccia a soffione con miscelatore non funzionante. Servizi pessimi. Sollecitati riguardo alla camera non ci hanno peoposto nulla. Anzi hanno detto che loro non garantivano le richieste della tripla e che tutte le camere erano con branda aggiunta. Problemi doccia mai risolti. Problemi di altri accessori in camera mia risolti. Colazione inclusa buona ed abbondante. Abbiamo pagato 600€ a notte per la camera. Prezzo assolutamente non in linea col servizio offerto

This hotel looks nice outside but it turned out to be a very frustrating experience to me. I attended there a travel industry conference. As I checked in later than the groups arriving by coach they gave me room nr. 21 (I've never been good in Black Jack: not my lucky number at this time either) - a room for disabled with railings and handles, located on the ground floor just behind the front desk. What truly bothered me was the dirtiness of the room - even if there were ”Higienizado” (sanitized) stickers all over. There was long dark hair on the bathroom floor. Had they stuck to my clothing, I'd have had plenty to explain to my wife at home... The ”view” was to the wall of the opposite house about 3 meters away, while my colleagues were telling me about their river views... Dissatisfied, in the evening of my arrival, I complained and asked to change room. The front desk was completely ignorant: they explained that in their system room 21 was standard double - with extra handicap equipping. Therefore I asked the manager, Sr. Amador, to contact me but he never bothered to do that. No wonder the service sucks, also in the F&B. As a farewell, they charged me 80 eur extra for late departure, even if I had paid the entire night but left early (this was later reimbursed by the congress organizer). Having stayed at the dungeon nr. 21 for the entire congress, I don't have anything else to say about the hotel or its staff but goodbye! Hasta nunca!
