Hotel Reyes Católicos

Ci aspettavamo di più da questo Hotel, ci hanno dato una stanza al quarto piano dove le finestre davano su una strada che è in costruzione, dalle 8:00 del mattino il rumore ti perfora la testa quindi non puoi riposare, nel nostro caso io io stavo facendo un corso e mio marito è venuto a lavorare e lavorare e riposare è impossibile.Penso che dovrebbero dare stanze che danno sull'altra strada, visto che almeno in questi tre giorni che ci siamo stati l'albergo è praticamente vuoto, le stanze proprio di fronte alla mia non sono occupate e il rumore non sarebbe così fastidioso. Avere questa considerazione con i clienti non farebbe male, e ovviamente dovrebbero avvertire che è in costruzione. D'altra parte i letti sono molto scomodi, molto duri. Devo dire a favore che il personale è molto cordiale e che la posizione è buona.

Basic and utilitarian rather than a nice hotel where to spend some time. Reminded me of a youth hostel. Booked last minute because the location is quite good. Seemed clean but woke up in the morning to find a cockroach in the bathroom! That really says it all about this hotel. Naturally cannot recommend!

I spent a long weekend in November with my wife; the choice went on this hotel, let's be honest, because of availability and location. It is an old structure requiring maintainance, on the major aspects rather than on the details. For example, the beds are (in my opinion) extremely comfortable, you have elctricity and USB charging points next to the bed, and there is a safe in the cabinet. There is not a fridge in the room. The bathroom in my room requires a complete restyling. Old, not well maintained, not user friendly if you have a certain age (no shower, but baththat you must climb in and out). I will never understand why certain hotels have baththubs... Hair dryier is included. There was a strange and strong smell at the entrance and in the common ara. Not in the bedrooms. We did not go for the breakfast, hence no opinion on that: it was not included in our fee, and honestly for 8 EUR/person we decided to go to backeries for fresh pastries. Good point is that we could open the windows on a sort of french balcony (we were on the first floor). The scherms were not the best but did their job. The location is very good, being in between the touristic area/center and the "locals area" where you want to go for aperitives and dinner (unless you want to stay at touristic places...). In my opinion, it would need a little more effor to have a 3rd star.

Es un hotel 3 estrellas muy básico. Tenía que pedir en recepción papel higiénico o shampoo o jabón porque no lo reponían. Lo mejor la ubicación. Para llegar al ascensor hay que subir unos escalones, así que atención las personas con movilidad reducida. La habitación es pequeña. La ducha del baño muy buena. El personal de recepción muy amable.Las perchas eran un rejunte de perchas de distintos lugares… No sé si volvería. Contraté sin desayuno. Menos mal! Xq no se veía para nada apetitoso lo que ofrecían. A 1 cuadra y media está el café Santa Gloria, buenísimo y barato

Espero q estas críticas sirvan para el futuro...lo único y mejor la ubicación, hotel de 3 estrellas peor que un hostal, jamás nos vimos en otra,sin poder abrir la ventana de la habitación x si entraban bichos con vistas a un patio q daba miedo,sonaban los colchones,las almohadas de pena,el aire acondicionado sonaba... mogollón y olía en el baño a tuberías y lo mejor el desayuno.... Con los huéspedes lo comentamos, no había de nada y cuando le pedimos a la de recepción nos dijo q no tenía para reponer,hello??? Había un súper muyyy cerca para comprar aunque fuera tostadas o algo q lo habíamos pagado mucho dinero pq era el final de a feria de Abril.... una pena de verdad....
