Adorable log cabin in Echota Resort equipped with everything you need for a cozy romantic getaway with rustic charm that is perfect for a honeymoon, anniversary, birthday or just celebrating each other!Bare Feet Is an authentic log cabin with all of the modern conveniences of one level living with one bedroom,one bathroom and hardwood floors throughout that includes new hardwood in the bedroom.The bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a queen size pull out sofa with a memory foam mattress suitable for small families with children. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub with a large mirror and a separate private shower stall. You do have to walk through the bedroom to access the bathroom.There is a laundry closet that includes a stackable washer and dryer!The living room is quite cute and cozy with a gas fireplace, comfortable furnishings and a large 52" flat screen tv that can even be viewed from the bedroom! The kitchen area is fully equipped for meal preparation and there is a dining area with seating for four.There is a covered front porch with a swing and two rocking chairs for enjoying the views and sipping on your morning coffee!There is also a covered screened enclosed side porch that offers a hottub with a new light weight cover for easy removal and a gas grill for your cook outs! The road condition to the cabin is flat and paved with visible signage and there are no scary winding hills to climb. There is also a paved shared driveway with a slight incline and room to park one car with easy loading and unloading. There is one gradual flight of steps that leads up to the main floor of the cabin that can be viewed in the posted pictures so this cabin is not wheelchair accessible.There is not an office to check into. You will go straight to the cabin with your access instructions and will be provided a code to enter the cabin. The second floor guest suite is accessed by a unique winding staircase. It also has a king-sized bed and adjoining bathroom with jetted tub. Both bedrooms are equipped with XFinity Cable.In the combo den/kitchen area there is an additional TV. Adjacent to this area there is a door that goes out onto the large screened in back deck area. You may rock away the hours reading, drinking a cup of coffee in the early morning & enjoy listening to the birds sing! As you enter this absolutely adorable cabin you will feel the warm, mountain vibe you're looking for when visiting The Great Smoky Mountains. Rustic tongue and groove ceilings throughout with two master suites, one on each level. Fully equipped kitchen provides you all the conveniences of home, dining area. Step out on the large back deck to enjoy serene, wooded privacy while grilling up your favorite meal. Finally, cozy on up to the indoor stone fireplace!The Space:- Over 1,000 sq ft of space- Dog friendly (read on for more details)- Wifi available- Electric grill- 39" smart TVs in both bedrooms- Each bedroom has a hot tub ensuite- Close to HikingQuirky things to note:- The last 25 yards of the road to the cabin are steep, typically should be a none issue, however during the winter with ice/snow, we recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle.- The downstairs ensuite bathroom has a smaller than average doorway. At 22" wide, there is plenty of space but since smaller than usual, we like to note it ahead of time.- The driveway can easily accommodate two smaller vehicles. If planning to bring 2 large vehicles, parking is doable but would be tight. No trailers.Guest Access:You will receive a door code before check-in. No need to meet anyone for keys.
