In the summer months, the outside pool, tennis and basketball courts are available at the nearby Sunridge Condo plan . The exercise room and hot tub are accessible all year round. The common area with these items are in the door to the left if C21A. A gas grill is available behind the lounge, on the deck. This cozy 3 bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 8 and has 2 full bathrooms with an extra vanity with sink area. Updated and modern kitchen and dining area.
