The front desk representative was very friendly. The hotel is noce, clean. Breakfast was ok, but theyvput out llvery little eggs and sausages and they were coldwere cold.

Staff was friendly. The property and rooms were very clean. There were two things that were undesirable. #1. In the hotel lobby and 1st floor air conditioning is perfect but in the halls after stepping out of the elevator it is uncomfortably warm on the 3rd floor. Once in the room it was better but having to experience this every time leaving the room was a issue for me. #2. There was a loud sound that would come on almost every 15 minutes then go away, not as bad when awake and talking but when trying to sleep it is very annoying! I DID NOT COMPLAIN or mention these things to staff or management because they appear to be a normal part of operations. However, these are some areas of improvement to make the stay better! I would stay again but only if I could stay on the 1st floor to avoid the issue with the warmth in the halls.

Never staying here again! This was our final stay on our week-long cross country trip. Having stayed in a few Best Westerns along the way, this one was by far the worst stay I’ve had in a long time. During our check in the front desk attendant took a personal call. She also refused to add my husband’s Best Western rewards number, even though all of the previous Best Westerns accommodated this request. The room had a horrible smell abs there was a huge gap between the door and the door frame. The gap was so large that you could actually see the pattern of the hallway carpet outside our room. We hung one of our jackets over it to provide some sort of privacy. The breakfast was terrible and the property feels like it needs a thorough deep clean.

The ladys at the front desk are sweet and its a very clean room and establishment
