Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel non sapendo molto di esso dagli Stati Uniti. stiamo soggiornando 19 giorni e è un ottimo hotel. Le persone sono molto carine e professionali. La stanza è molto fondamentale come noi cercavamo e molto pulito. Il colazione ha una grande varietà di pane e frutta con uova e salsa. Il caffè è molto buono con una vasta varietà. Lo consiglio a chiunque non abbia bisogno di un posto fantastico per soggiornare con un grande servizio e camere pulite. Grazie per il buon soggiorno all'Hotel Litau.

Il mio partner e io siamo rimasti qui per una settimana. La posizione è buona e le viste sono sorprendenti. La gente è amichevole. Quello che mi sorprende è che il colazione non è stato incluso nel prezzo e essere onesti 7,5 euro per persona per colazione è troppo, soprattutto quello che è offerto e sapere che se si prende colazione in un caffè locale si potrebbe pagare 3 o 4 per persona. L'hotel ha bisogno di manutenzione urgente.Abbiamo avuto una cassaforte nella stanza che non potevamo usare perché non funzionava.

I had a bad last day experience there. I went to Setúbal with my wife and two daughters (3Y old and 1Y old baby) for the Alegro Half Marathon. The hotel had protocols with the organizers to allow late check-out on the running day. For my surprise, when I arrived from the running, they had already requested and quick out my family from the room. My wife had to carry alone the luggage to the main lobby and waiting for me. I couldn't shower and had to spend the rest of the planned day in Setúbal smelling like a pig. They wanted to fix the problem at the last minute by giving me back the key but, you know, there's nothing to do ”over spilled milk”. I guess is not staff fault but management fault that didn't communicate properly the info.

Home perfetto, colazione completa e coppia con uova sgusciate, crema, brownies, pomme, kiwi, fiori, abriko, prugno, caffè, tè, succo d'arancia, pane cereali, brioche, ecc. Personale molto piacevole e professionale. Collo per bambini con toboggan e piscina, parte ombrata sotto gli alberi ben mantenuti dai giardinieri. Grande camera confortevole e molto pulita. L'hotel è molto bello ma un po' isolato perché situato nel campo di Aroeira. Ci sono due bellissimi percorsi di golf accessibili e non molto difficile. Il personale è fantastico in accoglienza e ristorante. La casa è anche perfetta. In questo caso, il problema è che questo hotel avrebbe dovuto essere un hotel adulto solo perché non ci sono camere comunicanti, il che fa che i bambini passano da una camera a un'altra costantemente con il grido di porta incessante e le grida nei corridori che vanno con. La prima settimana è stata magnifica, la seconda meno buona perché molte famiglie quindi molti bambini e molti rumore. Senza dimenticare il francese in vacanza, mal alzato e che si crede tutto consentito. Ah sì, anche molti cani in hotel lasciano un'impressione di sporcizia mentre l'hotel è davvero pulito Bref un bel posto ma mal usato.

Estivemos no dia 16 de Fevereiro. Os empregados são simpáticos, mas ainda pouco experientes. Localização excelente com uma vista excepcional do terraço/Bar.Quarto bom,mas com cama demasiado grande para o espaço,embora confortável. O quarto e as instalações estavam limpas Pequeno almoço sofrível para im hotel 4*.O bufet está mal organizado: - as compotas não estão identificadas - não há colheres maiores para comer o iogurte com fruta - a fruta está cortada demasiado grossa - não têm bules para poder levar para a mesa com o chá A fruta estava pouco madura. O pão (bolas) é de qualidade sofrível. Não há recolha atempada da louça suja na mesa A música ambiente é um autêntico desastre.É música de discoteca ( pum catapum catapum) e está sempre altíssima. Estivemos no bar para relaxar e ler,pedimos para baixar o som,mas mesmo assim é demasiado desconfortável.A música ambiente num hotel deve ser relaxante ,suave e com o som baixo.Não se vai para um hotel para ouvir música de discoteca!!! O preço é elevado para a qualidade.

The staff were excellent. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were also very quiet, none of the usual banging about in the corridors or doors slamming. Outside noise was non existent considering there is a major road nearby. A tram system is within five minutes walk, this will get you to the ferry or railway station. The fares are vey inexpensive, also, a short trip (private transfer) from the airport. There is no alcohol for sale in the hotel, there is a Lidl a very short walk away, breakfast is ok but not great. I will return to this hotel with no hesitation.

UUtente ospiteThe establishment is just as you'd expect from the photos posted, with tasteful, sophisticated, individualized room decor. It's a far cry from the cold, impersonal chain hotels. The building and rooms are a perfect combination of authenticity and modernity. The staff are charming, attentive, caring and hyper-responsive. Perfect check-in and check-out. Great location, good soundproofing, very good bedding; however, I deplore the 2 single beds for a couple. Reasons for the 3 out of 5 rating: you get the impression that a lot of attention has been paid to the aesthetics of the rooms (which we loved), but there's a real lack of storage space, which is almost non-existent; this is still acceptable for our 2 nights, but I won't be coming back for a longer stay, and therefore with more belongings. Another black mark is the breakfast: it's taken in the bakery lounge on the first floor. While the RM Guesthouse is intended to be a cocoon, the bakery room is certainly bright and clean, but not up to scratch. What's more, the choices are relatively limited: why not a formula with a choice of hot beverage (and not just coffee), a viennoiserie to choose from (and not just croissants), etc.? In my hotel choices, breakfast is an important element, and as explained, in my opinion it's a long way from what an establishment like the RM Guesthouse should offer.

UUtente ospiteLocation is wonderful, and so is the whole building and surroundings. But comparing price/quality there is really something missing. We spent 3 nights in weekend High season, but there was no management at all.We had to wait more than 3 hours before we could have our room, although we send a mail to ask for an earlier check in than 16.00. Not possible, we have to waited till 16.15 . We have been in many 5 stars places all over the world, but never had this situation. Thanks to Mr Joao de Sousa we we're calm down. He treated and helped us later with everything, and that made our stay good. Our superior terras room was located perfect, clean and cool, but the decoration is for that price some dated. The bathroom very small and not really comfortable. In the adults pool only three umbrellas, to protect all the guests from the sun. sunbeds we're not very clean, and the pool towels, is really not done, in a 5 star Hotel member of the Leading hotels of the world. The quality of the breakfast was 3 stars, only 2 sorts of unripe fruit, and no fresh bread at all. We have had diner several times, at the fantastic Terras outside, but please put mores covering to protect people for the extreme sunburning. quality of the food was good, specially my fish was perfect prepared, and again I say, the very kind service of Mr Joao, David, and several other members of the restaurant was really touching. They did their job more than fantastic. So overall, the place has so many strong assets, location, building, history, surroundings, but some for us important details we're missing, and the feeling that there was no management to talk with, but the location is Portugal on it's best! UUtente ospiteUna grata sorpresa en este viaje fe Portugal. Había leído muchas opiniones malas o mediocres del hotelcy para nosotros ña experiencia fue de 10. Llegamos desde la estación de buses y son 5 minutos andando, enseguida lo ves. Nos hicieron el check in muy rápido y pese a que la habitación no la podíamos usar hasta las 15 nos la dieron nada más llegar. Nuestra habitación estaba ubicada en la planta 6 y la verdad que perfecta, tenía todo ventanales quw daban a un prado verde con animales. No sd oye ruido de la calle con todo cerrado. Te Dan una botella de agua por cortesía el primer día. Algo muy curioso es que el baño tiene bañera y para que no te resbales te dejan una alfombra antideslizante para usar nueva todos los,días en la bañera. Los geles con los que te lavas son de la marca Rituals. Tienes albornoz. La habitación perfecta con hervidor y selección de tes y cafés que te ponen todos los días de manera gratis. El WiFi funciona perfecto y la televisión tiene canales en Español por si quieres verlos. El sistema de limpieza de habitaciones funciona muy bien y todo el hotel está más que limpio. Tema desayuno perfecto, es de los pocos hoteles donde se puede ver que hay comida justa caliente y a medida que esa comida se va acabando reponen de la misma. Tienes de todo tipo de panes, HUEVOS frutos y revueltos,mermeladas envasadas de manera individual. Cafés. Todo la verdad que de 10, con un horario que va desde las 730 hasta las 1030. Referente al spa y la piscina y gym, decir que la piscina está genial a una temperatura buena sin ser excesivamente calurosa y te permite poder hacer algunos largos. El jacuzzi no funcionaba en toda nuestra estancia y te puedes duchar abajo sin subir a la habitación, además con un horario muy amplio que va desde las 8 a las 22 y un gym que abre las 24 horas del dia

La gestione decide di accedere se si ottiene una camera con doccia o una camera con doccia in bagno. Ho detto alla gente del reparto di prenotazione che sarebbe molto male per noi se volessimo accedere e la camera con doccia non sarebbe disponibile. Risposta: Mi dispiace, ma queste sono le nostre regole. Anche una chiamata telefonica con il loro ufficio principale ha portato lo stesso messaggio: queste sono le nostre regole. A mio parere, non solo è brutta, non è amica del cliente, ma anche discriminatoria ! Quindi, avvertitevi se avete problemi a entrare in bagno. Sul loro sito web dice: Bagno o Doccia, ciò che significano è: noi decideremo cosa si ottiene.

UUtente ospiteThis is a 3-star hotel masquerading as a 4-star hotel. The units that were recently renovated got the landlord special: the doorknobs were falling off the bathroom door, the A/C just didn’t work (the staff insisted it did, but we needed to open the window regardless), and the shower doesn’t have a proper barrier so water gets literally everywhere despite your best efforts. The rooms are tiny giving you no space to get takeout or eat a snack. There are plenty of tables downstairs and poolside but the staff insist you cannot bring outside food even though there is no restaurant using those tables and the tables have no use outside of breakfast. The rooms are expensive for the location and amenities. There is a pool but honestly you don’t come to Portugal to swim in a hotel pool. I’ve stayed at many hotels and I’ve never had a worse experience at a so-called “4-star” hotel. At least with 3 star hotels they’re cheaper and you know what you’re getting. We actually had a better stay at another local hotel last week. A large family suite with powerful air conditioning for far less than this tiny double bed room with a vent that blows oddly humid and slightly cool air.

I letti erano freschi ogni giorno senza fallimento e contenevano lenzuola fresca e gli asciugamani puliti. Il buffet è stato buono con una varietà di frutta fresca, yogurt, cereali, salami, han, formaggio e buffet caldo; bacon, uova salsicce! Rolli e pasticce dolci così tanti da scegliere. Caffè fresco e tè, così come una scelta di succhi... Per il prezzo è stato buon valore.
