Hotel in zona Miradouro de Sao Sebastiao, Setúbal Municipality

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel non sapendo molto di esso dagli Stati Uniti. stiamo soggiornando 19 giorni e è un ottimo hotel. Le persone sono molto carine e professionali. La stanza è molto fondamentale come noi cercavamo e molto pulito. Il colazione ha una grande varietà di pane e frutta con uova e salsa. Il caffè è molto buono con una vasta varietà. Lo consiglio a chiunque non abbia bisogno di un posto fantastico per soggiornare con un grande servizio e camere pulite. Grazie per il buon soggiorno all'Hotel Litau.

Il mio partner e io siamo rimasti qui per una settimana. La posizione è buona e le viste sono sorprendenti. La gente è amichevole. Quello che mi sorprende è che il colazione non è stato incluso nel prezzo e essere onesti 7,5 euro per persona per colazione è troppo, soprattutto quello che è offerto e sapere che se si prende colazione in un caffè locale si potrebbe pagare 3 o 4 per persona. L'hotel ha bisogno di manutenzione urgente.Abbiamo avuto una cassaforte nella stanza che non potevamo usare perché non funzionava.

Home perfetto, colazione completa e coppia con uova sgusciate, crema, brownies, pomme, kiwi, fiori, abriko, prugno, caffè, tè, succo d'arancia, pane cereali, brioche, ecc. Personale molto piacevole e professionale. Collo per bambini con toboggan e piscina, parte ombrata sotto gli alberi ben mantenuti dai giardinieri. Grande camera confortevole e molto pulita. Lettiera confortevole. Spazioso e pulito bagno. La receptionista e il server del colazione sono reattivi e ascolta. Grazie per il soggiorno in questa bella regione.

Location is wonderful, and so is the whole building and surroundings. But comparing price/quality there is really something missing. We spent 3 nights in weekend High season, but there was no management at all.We had to wait more than 3 hours before we could have our room, although we send a mail to ask for an earlier check in than 16.00. Not possible, we have to waited till 16.15 . We have been in many 5 stars places all over the world, but never had this situation. Thanks to Mr Joao de Sousa we we're calm down. He treated and helped us later with everything, and that made our stay good. Our superior terras room was located perfect, clean and cool, but the decoration is for that price some dated. The bathroom very small and not really comfortable. In the adults pool only three umbrellas, to protect all the guests from the sun. sunbeds we're not very clean, and the pool towels, is really not done, in a 5 star Hotel member of the Leading hotels of the world. The quality of the breakfast was 3 stars, only 2 sorts of unripe fruit, and no fresh bread at all. We have had diner several times, at the fantastic Terras outside, but please put mores covering to protect people for the extreme sunburning. quality of the food was good, specially my fish was perfect prepared, and again I say, the very kind service of Mr Joao, David, and several other members of the restaurant was really touching. They did their job more than fantastic. So overall, the place has so many strong assets, location, building, history, surroundings, but some for us important details we're missing, and the feeling that there was no management to talk with, but the location is Portugal on it's best! We stayed for 5 nights and found that the hotel was not at a 4 star rating standard. Good points: - We had a great view of the beach from our room - 2 min walk to beach Bad points: - a general lack of enthusiasm and purpose from staff at hotel. We found ourselves constantly waiting for things and would find out key information about the facilities as our stay rolled on. There was always lots of staff on reception but no one was doing anything. - They will nickel and dime you for everything, even the coffee capsule in your room! - large bed but uncomfortable - The hotel is stuck in a kind of early 2000’s time warp. I’m sure it was great back in the day but has fallen into disrepair. - shower and bathroom not cleaned to a high enough standard, mould visible. - breakfast was basic and not at a 4 star standard, eggs tasted like flour and bacon was processed. Sesimbra is a beautiful destination and if we had our time over again, we’d stay further down the beach at another hotel or Air B&B. You’re effectively paying for the view at this place but that’s about it.

Su una stella, a mio parere. Non ha la categoria sufficiente per 4 stelle. Un servizio abbastanza debole per quanto riguarda le strutture e il ristorante. Le ragazze che mantengono le camere e la reception sono quelle se sono 5 stelle, per quanto riguarda il resto, in particolare del ristorante , oltre a non avere idea di come gestire, ci offrono con un'arroganza e prepotenza caratteristica di chi non è Non capisce niente del suo lavoro. Ma beh, non tornerò e non lo consiglio a nessuno, per il mio disgusto, perché pensavo che potrei avere una buona vacanza e un buon posto per riposare.

We stayed there in September, for 6 days, as we had our wedding in costa caparica. We had a happy week in Portugal, but the quality of the service in the hotel was poor. The building itself is clean, and has a kind of desing, thats a plus. But the staff was not kind or nice at all. We literally felt bad whenever we went to the reception to discuss something (basic things, like reserving a table etc). They looked pretty grumpy and when we approached them, we felt uncomfortable, they just wanted to get rid of us. Applies for the Reception and the breakfast and bar staff. Only the cleaning ladies were nice and smiling. It was pretty difficult to order or ask in English durint launch or breakfast. Our parents arrived one day later, around 1 am in the morning, after a 14hours trip, and after check-in we had to do all the paying in this late hour, even though we asked and promised that we will come down first thing in the morning to pay, as they are exteremely exhausted after the trip. They didnt care at all. At other hotels we always paid upon leaving but even if they want to make sure and have it in advance, i truly believe they should be more emphatic and not keeping exhasuted people at the front desk for an extra 30 minutes in the middle of the night. My father has diabetes and high hart rate, he was really suffering after this trip and just wanted to go to bed. All the parents are above 65, it was unpleasent welcome. At this hotel you have to book the breakfast table in advance, doesnt matter how late you arrived,and even if this is the last thing you want to do on your holiday, to follow a schedule. When we ate at the bar, it took literally an hour to get some snack. The 3person room is not really a 3 person room, it is a normal room with an extra bed which is only suitable for smaller children. (It is not like a must, but a good indicator: we had our wedding there, walking out from the hotel, and no one from the staff had a kind word - even all the flight attandendts were nices that anyone in the hotel.) We choose the hotel as it is close to the beach by car, so it fulfilled the purpose, but we would not go back. For the price you can get better.

Ottima posizione, comodissima per girare sia a piedi che con i mezzi. Struttura bella, magari un cartello in più fuori non guasterebbe perché ho fatto 3 volte avanti e indietro senza accorgermi della scritta sul vetro. Staff gentile. Camere piccole ma poco importa se si vuole visitare la città e utilizzarlo solo per riposare. Ci vorrebbero alcuni accorgimenti in più; vista la modernità del posto uno si aspetterebbe magari qualche gancio ai letti e non solo quattro appendini in tutto, un poggia sapone nella doccia, magari un dispenser di sapone ad uso comune al posto di una saponetta..il mio letto non era molto comodo ma con la stanchezza della sera ho dormito ugualmente come un ghiro. La colazione decisamente costosa per quello che offre; 7,50€ sono molti considerando che ho pranzato in giro con 12€ e cenato con 15€. Non vengono organizzati eventi, serate, tour, e mi è dispiaciuto perché viaggiando sola avrei gradito passare del tempo in compagnia. Tutto sommato ho soggiornato piacevolmente ma non ci tornerei ecco!
