Hotel in zona Fonte Luminosa, Setúbal Municipality

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel non sapendo molto di esso dagli Stati Uniti. stiamo soggiornando 19 giorni e è un ottimo hotel. Le persone sono molto carine e professionali. La stanza è molto fondamentale come noi cercavamo e molto pulito. Il colazione ha una grande varietà di pane e frutta con uova e salsa. Il caffè è molto buono con una vasta varietà. Lo consiglio a chiunque non abbia bisogno di un posto fantastico per soggiornare con un grande servizio e camere pulite. Grazie per il buon soggiorno all'Hotel Litau.

Letto grande e comodo camera grande con tende male odoranti, personale gentile , sono rimasto bloccato in ascensore, camera rifatta dopo 3 giorni era una suite. Colazione buona. L'Hotel è meraviglioso come struttura ma è completamente in disuso, sembra che stanno attendendo un nuovo acquirente per ristrutturarlo tutto. Infatti la cucina è abbandonata, uso solo per colazione, ristorante con sala spettacolare e terrazza panoramica praticamente abbandonate allo sfascio. Bar inesistente , hanno messo una macchina caffè gratuita 24 ore nella Lobby .... Gravissimo che mi hanno obbligato a pagare 8 notti subito con carta di credito prima di vedere la stanza, infatti dopo 2 giorni me ne sarei andato ma non mi avrebbero rimborsato....... Nessun Hotel nella mia vita mi ha chiesto il pagamento anticipato al Check in per 8 notti, può succedere per una sola notte. Sconsiglio di andare se non viene ristrutturato.

Not a pretty looking hotel from the outside but very modern inside. Very professional staff and a high level of service. We had difficulty with the parking garage which was difficult to access and egress. Rooms were quite large, clean and comfortable with a small balcony and a small water view. We had lunch in their beautiful dining room which was a set menu of 20 euros, the food was excellent and very well presented, service was superb. Breakfast was superior with tons of variety. We were also given a free drink at the bar. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Home perfetto, colazione completa e coppia con uova sgusciate, crema, brownies, pomme, kiwi, fiori, abriko, prugno, caffè, tè, succo d'arancia, pane cereali, brioche, ecc. Personale molto piacevole e professionale. Collo per bambini con toboggan e piscina, parte ombrata sotto gli alberi ben mantenuti dai giardinieri. Grande camera confortevole e molto pulita. Lettiera confortevole. Spazioso e pulito bagno. La receptionista e il server del colazione sono reattivi e ascolta. Grazie per il soggiorno in questa bella regione.

Location is wonderful, and so is the whole building and surroundings. But comparing price/quality there is really something missing. We spent 3 nights in weekend High season, but there was no management at all.We had to wait more than 3 hours before we could have our room, although we send a mail to ask for an earlier check in than 16.00. Not possible, we have to waited till 16.15 . We have been in many 5 stars places all over the world, but never had this situation. Thanks to Mr Joao de Sousa we we're calm down. He treated and helped us later with everything, and that made our stay good. Our superior terras room was located perfect, clean and cool, but the decoration is for that price some dated. The bathroom very small and not really comfortable. In the adults pool only three umbrellas, to protect all the guests from the sun. sunbeds we're not very clean, and the pool towels, is really not done, in a 5 star Hotel member of the Leading hotels of the world. The quality of the breakfast was 3 stars, only 2 sorts of unripe fruit, and no fresh bread at all. We have had diner several times, at the fantastic Terras outside, but please put mores covering to protect people for the extreme sunburning. quality of the food was good, specially my fish was perfect prepared, and again I say, the very kind service of Mr Joao, David, and several other members of the restaurant was really touching. They did their job more than fantastic. So overall, the place has so many strong assets, location, building, history, surroundings, but some for us important details we're missing, and the feeling that there was no management to talk with, but the location is Portugal on it's best! I visited Portugal on a group tour that included stays at three pousadas. A big takeaway from my experience is that pousadas are remarkably variable. Pousada Mosteiro de Guimaraes, was fantastic, while Conimbriga Hotel Do Paço was abysmal. This one, Pousada Castelo Palmela, was somewhere in-between. I recommend you choose your pousada carefully. The positives of Pousada Castelo Palmela are many and significant. It’s a magnificent building with fantastic views. I recommend you save some time to explore the fortress the hotel is part of, and, when weather permits, you go to the west side of the pousada’s grounds to enjoy a lovely sunset. However, the staff of this pousada could improve. I got the impression that the place was understaffed, and not all staff were fully trained. Dining was disappointing; the pousada’s restaurant has limited capacity and books up quickly, and there are few if any local restaurants to use as an alternative. To solve this, you could book half board, or reserve your dinner table well in advance. However, I don’t recommend that because, as well as being small relative to the number of guest rooms, the restaurant isn’t very good. My dinners here were frankly awful – uninspired and badly served, often cold. I recommend you go grocery shopping and bring food with you when you return to the hotel, or use Uber Eats to have your dinner delivered (as I did).

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni in questa tranquilla località a 50 km da Lisbona approfittando di una conveniente tariffa con colazione inclusa. Questo hotel è molto bello,ben curato in ogni particolare . Ha una struttura centrale con la reception ,le piscine,la sala colazione e tutti i servizi e una struttura separata con sole camere . Camere grandi e moderne con tutte le comodità e una bella vista sulla costa .Letti comodi,bagni ben accessoriati e buon servizio di housekeeping . Anche la colazione è stata molto soddisfacente con buona scelta di prodotti locali Da qui si può raggiungere Lisbona in circa 40 minuti e poi si rientra in un ambiente tranquillo e rilassante

L'hotel è molto buono sotto ogni aspetto. Le camere sono pulite e le strutture sono complete. Soprattutto l'aria condizionata è un marchio Midea prodotto in Cina. Anche l'atteggiamento del servizio è molto buono. Ci sono molti mercati alimentari e supermercati nei dintorni dove puoi andare a dare un'occhiata agli usi e costumi locali, c'è un piccolo parco accanto all'hotel, tranne che è un po' lontano dalla città, nel complesso è molto costoso. -hotel efficace.

Nuovo hotel pulito e moderno. Purtroppo, l'offerta della cucina dell'hotel era molto diluita, a causa della crisi della Corona, ma anche i restanti cibi non mi sembravano prezzi preziosi. Qualitativo si può trovare facilmente fuori dall'hotel in relazione al prezzo, Altrimenti l'hotel è molto pulito, molto moderno. Senza restrizioni, consiglierei questo hotel proprio in estate. La piscina a casa e anche il grande bar moderno invitano a rimanere, che purtroppo non mi era stato permesso.
