"Albergo eccellente. Si trova sulla linea Val d'Europe della metropolitana RER A, proprio vicino alla stazione. Nelle vicinanze si trovano un delizioso negozio di tè con bolle e un ristorante coreano. Anche un grande centro commerciale e persino un outlet. Le camere sono pulite, di buone dimensioni, letti grandi e comodi. La maggior parte delle camere d'albergo a Parigi sono piccole (lo sappiamo per esperienza). Le tende bloccano tutta la luce. Il servizio alla reception era gentile e relativamente efficiente. Abbiamo visto le recensioni positive ed eravamo scettici, ma in realtà non abbiamo avuto problemi con questo hotel. Il prezzo è buono Ma per andare in centro con la RER ci abbiamo messo circa mezz'ora, non molto vicino. E la fila per i biglietti della metropolitana può essere lunga!"

La camera era spaziosa, pulita e l'aria condizionata era perfetta, non troppo calda per dormire. L'unico neo era la doccia in bagno; non c'era una zona separata per il bagno e per l'asciutto."

"Questo nuovissimo aparthotel pecca gravemente in termini di gestione. Si pubblicizza come una struttura che offre il comfort di un appartamento e i servizi di un hotel. La realtà è ben diversa: le pulizie vengono effettuate solo ogni quattro giorni. Non ci sono strofinacci, detersivo per i piatti o spugne per lavare le stoviglie. Bisogna richiederli. Mi è stato detto che queste condizioni avrebbero dovuto essermi comunicate al momento del check-in. Che piaccia o no alla struttura, dovrebbero specificarle anche nelle schede informative sui servizi offerti. Mi è stato anche detto che i prezzi dei servizi erano esposti in camera, il che è falso perché il cartello è stato rimosso dall'hotel stesso per essere sostituito. La foto mostra la qualità del servizio di pulizia, che si limitava a fornire asciugamani e carta igienica. In breve, una gestione degna di un ostello della gioventù o di un campeggio."

"Al momento del check-in, si è verificata una situazione spiacevole. Il personale della reception non voleva assegnarci la camera, sostenendo di non vedere il pagamento della prenotazione e richiedendo un nuovo pagamento. Ci sono volute più di due ore per risolvere la questione. Considerando che siamo arrivati in hotel a mezzanotte, molto stanchi e con un bambino piccolo, l'hotel si è dimostrato estremamente poco orientato al cliente in questa situazione."

"Here’s the review with that point naturally incorporated: Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant stay, and I would not recommend this property. The self check-in process is unnecessarily complicated. The instructions initially direct you to a different side of the apartment building, which is confusing. Unless you read them very carefully, it’s easy to spend at least 30 minutes just trying to check in. Between accessing the building, collecting the keys, entering the apartment, retrieving the car park fob from the kitchen, and finally getting to the parking area, you end up opening around 6–8 different doors before you’re fully checked in. It is far more complicated than it needs to be. The underground parking is secure, but it is very dark, has a strong unpleasant smell, and many of the surrounding parking spaces appear to be used as storage areas, giving the whole area an untidy feel. Inside the apartment, the linen was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the main bed was acceptable. However, the sofas were heavily worn, stained, and looked dirty. The sofas shown in the listing photos appear clean, tidy, and in good condition, but they do not reflect the actual condition of the furniture provided. The listing also suggested the apartment was suitable for three adults and children, but the sleeping arrangements don’t realistically support that. The sofa bed is very worn, and the single sofa bed isn’t suitable for either adults or children. Before arriving, I contacted the host to request fans as there was a heatwave forecast. I received no response. The apartment became extremely hot, and with no fans or any form of ventilation, it was very difficult to sleep. Travelling with young children made this even more challenging. There are also several maintenance issues. The toilet door handles are very stiff, the wardrobe doors are difficult to operate, and the bedroom has no main light—only bedside lamps. The only convenient power socket is occupied by the bedside lamp, so if you need to charge your phone, you have to unplug the lamp and leave the room without lighting. The hallways throughout the building also have a persistent unpleasant smell. The biggest issue occurred on the morning of checkout. At around 8:30 am, the water supply stopped completely. We were unable to shower, wash properly, or get ourselves and the children ready before leaving. I contacted the property immediately but was simply told to send an email and wait up to six hours for a response, which was completely impractical given we were checking out that morning. I then contacted Trip.com customer service, who responded immediately and genuinely tried to help by contacting the property. Unfortunately, the property management never responded to them either, leaving customer service with very few options other than offering a small compensation. While I appreciated Trip.com’s prompt support, it did not resolve the situation. Having to end a family holiday without running water and without being able to take a shower is simply unacceptable. Overall, while the apartment has a few positives such as secure parking, clean linen, and a functional kitchen, these were outweighed by misleading listing photos, poor communication from the host, uncomfortable sleeping conditions, inadequate facilities during a heatwave, maintenance issues, and the complete lack of support when a major issue occurred. I would not recommend this property. The only positive experience was Trip.com’s customer service, who responded promptly and did their best to assist despite the property’s lack of cooperation."
