It is a stunning contemporary signature villa that definitely has the WOW factor; additionally, it is set atop a commanding highpoint overlooking the countryside and sea at Ponta do Sol, long recognized as the sunniest place in Madeira, with endless breath-taking views you will never tire of.

The whole of the ground floor is an open plan living space with a sitting area that overlook and lead to the front terrace and infinity swimming pool. Also on this floor is the twin bedded bedroom and an adjoining shower room.
