Camp de Mar è un posto tranquillo, l’albergo è facilmente raggiungibile ( noi col bus A 11) dall’ aeroporto di Maiorca . Struttura non nuova ma ristrutturata bene e sopratutto molto pulita. La formula all’ inclusive adoperata da tanti alberghi toglie sicuramente un po’ di qualità ai pasti. Ma c’era una grande scelta di frutta, pane cereali, succhi, frullati, e tante altre cose a colazione . Per il pranzo e la cena sono un po’ più riservato, ma quando ho visto cosa certe persone mettono nel piatto ( frutta, carne e dolci assieme ) mi sa che è meglio accontentarsi della varietà dei cibi proposti. Troppo bella la zona sdraio al mare ( :—)) sdraio a pagamento ) ma una meraviglia. Stanza non molto grande ma la nostra con vista mare frontale , una favola . Biancheria da letto gradevolissima e materasso da sogno ( niente mal di schiena al risveglio ) Palestra non all’ altezza di un Hyatt.

Our stay at La Pergola is one of the most enjoyable and relaxing holidays we have had. From the warm welcome upon arrival at reception we were impressed. Our studio accommodation was immaculate with a delightful view. Everything about La Pergola is quality. The hotel areas are pristine and excellently maintained. The staff were all delightful and so professional. I have never come across such an impressive staff team! We were half board and the food was as tasty as the presentation. The extended menu catered for all dietary requirements. My husband enjoyed the meats while I opted for the vegetarian options. Thank you to the chefs and kitchen team for such tasty dishes. We made use of the gym and explored the area around Port Andratx on foot and by bus. We will definitely return to La Pergola and have highly recommended to our family too.

Pros: Great location, amazing views, rooms cleaned daily, staff very helpful Cons: Lift out of order (apparently unrepairable, lift is from the 1960s) Basics missing from room eg, no hairdryer, hand soap, full length mirror or fridge to keep drinks cool. Kettle provided but only flimsy paper cups for tea or coffee (accident waiting to happen) we asked for 2 china cups from restaurant, the following day cleaners had taken them back! Very noisy at night, loud music and crowds in the bars below until 1am The terrace at the hotel wont serve drinks, a shame as it has a lovely view and nice and cool in the day to just chill but you have to have drinks from the bar across the road, which is very busy and sometimes there are no tables free. Overall this hotel has so much potential to be fabulous as its location and views are second to none but it is very tired and in need of a little TLC.

We enjoyed our 5 nights at this small friendly hotel. All the staff are exemplary & go above and beyond to make everything as enjoyable as possible. There is a warm greeting at breakfast and we found it excellent value for money. Drunks & poolside lunches from the pool bar are lovely and very reasonable. Yes there is a little noise from the road by the pool but we really didn't notice it as the pool area is lovely with a relaxing vibe. The loungers by the pool are super comfy. The rooms are not huge but very nicely appointed - you have everything you need & location is excellent for the harbour. A couple of pointers would be that we didn't enjoy being next to smokers by the pool or getting a face full from those vaping next to you - there aren't so many poolside beds - so options there were limited. Would be nicer if there was a designated smoking area. Lastly not one English TV channel - whilst we don't travel to watch TV whilst away we would have like to have viewed some of the Olympics whilst away with English commentary. We found it surprising as theres a high percentage of UK at this hotel. Thank you to everyone - we will be rebooking for next year as it was so chilled & enjoyable. .
