Papillon Belvil Holiday Village

I had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of Turkish specialties. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile. The beach was beautiful, clean, and spacious, perfect for swimming. There was plenty of entertainment, from daily activities like water sports to live music in the evenings. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with spacious and clean rooms. Overall, I highly recommend Papillon Belvil for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

A wonderful vacation, the Papillon Belvil hotel is top. I came here with my 3 children ... 16 / 7 / 4 years old .. and to my great surprise I found the Papy Kids club (in the same complex) prepared in the smallest details for my children's wishes (games, activities, contests, attractive prizes, cinema, etc.). The animators (babysitters), very nice, attentive and available at any time. A big thank you ... to Emma ... from Papy Kids Club, very affectionate with all the children, my little girl adores her. I hope to find it here again next year... We will be back

Wow wow wow this hotel is the best I’ve ever stayed in. Great food, spotless hotel lovely friendly staff great location and the addition of a pier with a bar which was a surprise as it was only built last year and not mentioned when I booked was the icing on the cake. Lovely Alcarte restaurant’ at only 4 euros each which is amazing for the amount of food you get. Anyway enough of me just book you won’t be disappointed

Can't recommend this hotel enough ! Just got back yesterday took 2 friends who hadn't been yet they had a fantastic holiday. From the cleanliness to the food all spot on. The staff always make you feel welcome especially yousef and Zak waiters from Morocco served us the best burgers in the sea front restaurant. The Turkish pancake lady who also does amazing omelets at breakfast greets you with the biggest smile. We all adored the Indian chef his food is first class delicious Indian curries tandoori and fresh naan as good as any top restaurant. Rollerblade boy round the pool delivered drinks all day sometimes without even asking but he remembered what we liked. The bar staff in the blue bar mixing cocktails for us all so lovely with the coffee station in there delicious coffee all day. We all loved the patisserie fresh beautiful cakes daily from cheesecake to rice pudding. We ate in the kanji and the Italian both top class the food and the service couldn't have been better. We like the garden rooms they are smaller but my friends said it was like staying on the Dirty Dancing complex we just needed Patrick swayze . The entertainment ranges from daily games dancing lessons Turkish lessons then at night the professional evening shows are excellent. There is nothing I can say about this hotel and staff that isn't positive it's amazing

This was my first time trying an all-inclusive holiday with the kids, so I did extensive research before choosing a hotel—and I’m so glad I picked this one. It was an amazing experience from start to finish! The hotel has thought of every little detail and exceeded my expectations in every way. I went with my 4- and 9-year-old, and they didn’t want to leave. In fact, we all preferred it to Dubai (and we stayed at the Jumeirah there!). Highlights Food – The quality, taste, and variety are simply unmatched—the best I’ve had anywhere, even compared to Dubai. The buffets alone are incredible: five types of butter, twenty salads, countless cakes and baklavas, fresh omelettes at breakfast, steaks grilled to order at lunch, and pulled lamb shoulder carved in front of you at dinner. There’s also a tea station where you can create your own herbal blends. Beyond that, there are five à la carte restaurants, cafes (don’t miss the Basque cheesecake), bars on every corner (the strawberry mojito was a standout), a 24-hour Bloom Lounge with stunning décor, an ice cream stand, and so much more. You definitely won’t go hungry—though your waistline might not thank you! Service – A few staff members deserve special mention: Bilal at the Belle Vue dinner buffet was outstanding. Even with hundreds of guests, he made us feel like we had a personal waiter. Emel at Dolce Vita seafood restaurant was so warm and welcoming. The bellboys were always helpful, and Tommy at the kids’ section was a real star. Facilities – The pools and water slides were fantastic. There are about five pools, including one shallow pool with toddler slides and another with a jacuzzi—perfect for family time. The spa was another highlight. They allow children to join, which was brilliant—my 4-year-old had his first massage, fell asleep halfway through, so im assuming he loved it! They have little steps every where for kids so they can even do things like order at the bar! Kids Club & Entertainment – The kids’ club is packed with activities: arts and crafts, workshops, PlayStation rooms, a cinema, football pitches and loads more. Every evening there’s live entertainment, with alternating themes, but the motorcycle stunt show in particular was exhilarating and unforgettable. Atmosphere – Despite being a large resort, it never felt overcrowded or noisy. The Mediterranean views—especially at sunset—were breathtaking (especially from the pier or Cabana concept area). There is a lot of greenery so a walk around the grounds is lovely - you will even spot some pomegranate trees! Every day we discovered something new, and I’m sure there’s still plenty we didn’t get to try. Areas for Improvement Service can be a little inconsistent. While some staff were amazing, not everyone had the same level of friendliness or knowledge about the hotel. More consistency would really elevate the experience. I would also recommend having 2 chefs or more for the omelettes at breakfast as that seems to be the most pop
