Gloria Verde Resort

This is our third time staying at this hotel, and each visit has been just as wonderful as the last. The staff are always attentive and genuinely friendly, which makes a big difference — it’s clear they are happy in their work, and that positive energy reflects on the guests. The entire property is spotless and well maintained. We truly feel at home here and will definitely. A special thanks to FOM Mrs. Elif and her team for their warm hospitality and professionalism, as well as to the F&B department for their excellent service and delicious offerings.

What can I say other than WOW !! We were returning guests to this fabulous hotel and once again it didn’t fail to deliver We travelled as a party of 4 , initially our rooms weren’t what we had signed up for (We booked a suite but were allocated a family room). Step in Merve from guest relations with the solution , we were allocated a “select “villa which was absolutely stunning ! - Thanks Merve Where do we start this review Hotel - stunning , good layout with a selection of bars indoor pools spa etc +++++++++++++++++= Villa- absolutely stunning , sitting room , 2 bedrooms , mini fridges stocks daily with a selection of beers , soft drinks , chocolate as well as spirit miniatures , also you were allocated a golf buggy to get you around You also had your own bar (coffees are first class)and restaurant (Select) Superb food (Breakfast , Lunch and Dinner Big shout out to Ilkay and Erol who looked after us ++++++++++++++++ Food- Excellent ! Each night there was a different theme and the food was to a very high standard Also there was 2 A La Carte restaurants Basilikas (French) and La Famosa (Italian) You can also use the A La carte restaurants at the sister hotels (Serenity and Golf)hotels for a small charge Verde Pub - this is a snack restaurant and the food was absolutely stunning , pasta was cooked fresh to your requirements, also Mexican food served ++++++++++++ Beach and pools - Excellent , plenty of beds and there is also the beds on the pier ++++++++++++++ Bars- the main one downstairs is the Zodiac lounge , there is also the relaxing Lobby Lounge Down at the beach area there is the Neptuno Bar which also serves food as well ( this area also has the evening entertainment which was very good ! - This was EXCELLENT All in all the staff make this hotel right from the top Yassin) who could be seen everyday walking around chatting to guests The staff are a credit to this hotel !! People often ask why we return to the same hotel time and time again. The simple answer is the staff as well as the facilities. The Verde staff have become like friends. We feel like coming home. I'm sure I'll miss someone out. But from Yasin the GM to Esma the cleaner they work like a well oiled machine. Elif has her team so well trained, they are a credit to her. Selina, Emre on reception are always there to help. Nadejda, Victoria and who could forget Merve on Guest relations help make our holiday. Nothing is ever too much trouble. If you need anything at all let them know. The food and drinks are fabulous. Not sure I agree fully with the charge for Alcarte Restaurants being charged for at this level of pricing, but it's on €20pp. And the food is fantastic. The Verde is a hotel you never ever have to get up early to reserve a sunbed. No matter if it's 9 in the morning or 2 in the afternoon, there are always loads and loads to choose from. I love the Verde and can't wait to return.

Our dear Gloria Verde, we are so happy that such a wonderful place exists in the world! At this hotel, we feel as welcome as close family. So much care and delicious food in the restaurants, prepared to suit all guest preferences. Fun entertainment, exciting parties, and especially the delightful darts competitions, hosted by the best animators in the universe, Merve and Erdem, and super entertainment chef Izet. Their jokes make everyone laugh! The wonderful atmosphere created by the entire hotel team made our vacation perfect! Special thanks to hotel manager Yasen Serdan. He has assembled a team of professionals who do a fantastic job! Thank you all for a wonderful vacation!

It's been few days since I've came back to Paris after this amazing and magical vacation, after those miraculous ten days I've spent at Gloria Verde, with my family. This is our third time in this paradise, in this place of perfect harmony and tranquility. Even though the stay isn't cheap at all, but it is worth its every penny. We've been to numerous hotels before, but once we've found Gloria, it's the ONLY destination for our vacation now. And this year it was simply perfect. When we have entered the main reception, it felt like we had never left! Thanks to all the team, new members and all the returning ones! In particular, I would like to thank Kevser from guest relations, for her diligence and kind support. And there is no problem that she can't solve! Yunuscan and Betül - you were smiling and always impressing us with those amazing drinks during our evenings at the lobby bar! Dear Adilbek and Alsu (Alisha) - you were so amazing during our shooting practice! I'm so glad to meet you, you are one of the best friends one could have. Melis'e ve harika pilates ve sörf derslerine çok özel teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum! Sportif bir fiziğe sahip olmasam da kendimi kelimenin tam anlamıyla gençleştirdim! Çok teşekkür ederim canım Melis! Umarım hedeflerine ulaşır ve hayallerini gerçekleştirirsin! And a special part of me goes to my favourite spot at the hotel - the spa! To Liana and Svetlana, who were kind and very welcoming, who did their best to accommodate all my numerous requests and as a result - I've had THE best spa treatments ever! But those were made possible by one of the most kind and pure people I've met! Siti tersayang, semoga kamu baik-baik saja! Terima kasih banyak atas kebaikanmu, sentuhan lembutmu, dan momen-momen harmoni sempurna yang telah kamu bagikan denganku! Semoga kita bisa bertemu lagi, dan jika tidak, aku doakan yang terbaik untukmu! I would like to conclude by asking you to always remain here. To be that perfect spot of harmony for us. And we will always return! Perhaps, some renovation could be done, perhaps, some additional activities (like sup surfing) could be made on more constant basis. But it's your heart that's important!
