Location wise, the hotel is well placed to many areas. The room was spacious and quite clean. However, the hotel has seen better days as the furniture and washroom fittings were old and in need of upgrading. With nice views and quiet surrounding, a good night's sleep was certain. Overall, a satisfactory stay in the city.

There are 3 Sun Inns Hotel branches in the same row, the price is affordable and location is great(just opposite the KTM station ), surrounded by many eateries and convenient stores. The accommodation is tidy & comfy ( however the cleanliness could have been better). Compared to other Sun Inns braches in Malaysia which i have been staying, this one condsider good. There has water dispensers on each floor and a tiny dobi @ the hotel entrance.

Have 3 sun inns in the area and this one was a bit lacking. If the hotel prepares the toiletries it will be good. Good thing is the hotel is near a restaurant. Overall a clean budget hotel.

First of all, the room was good enough and it's clean. It's not that big but it's suitable with the price. They provided me with remote control and 2 towels which later on I need to return those items at the reception counter in order to get my deposit back. The deposit is RM30 and it needs to be pay with cash only. For the service, it was superb ! 😌 the receptionist was really nice. As for the location, it is quite near McDonald's, Domino's pizza, Subway and Aeon but since we need to cross the big road, we decided to order Grab which cost us around RM 5.50 - RM 7. Buona posizione, servizio in camera responsiva, camera pulita e confortevole, check out veloce. E 'stato un ottimo soggiorno. Situato un po 'di distanza dal centro della città e offre quindi un ambiente tranquillo per un buon riposo. La progettazione della stanza è contemporanea e mi piace molto.

Questa è la mia prima esperienza di prenotazione hotel via Trip,com Questa prima esperienza non mi ha fatto piacere In Trip.com il nome dell'hotel è stato detto dal Criminal Business Hotel, ma quando è arrivato, sembrava essere il nome dell'Hotel Sg Steel. Questo mi ha causato e mi sono confusa con il Grabcar. Camera n. 18 Ho ricevuto molte svantaggi. La chiusura della stanza non può essere chiusa 😅, mi preoccupa quando vado fuori per andare a mangiare Nella moneta, spesso è rumore, il suono degli animali correnti e il suono è anche sentito nella finestra Mi aspettavo che il suono fosse un topo e questo mi allarmava a dormire tranquillo. Sono preoccupato che i ratti mordano o attaccheranno le cose e me stessa. Non tornerò in hotel perché mi preoccupavo della mia sicurezza e delle mie cose.
