É la terza volta che scegliamo il Hotel Löwe per le nostre vacanze di famiglia e ogni volta ne siamo pienamente soddisfatti. Ci da modi di conciliare tempo in famiglia, spazio per la coppia e tante attivitá nella natura circostante. I bambini non si annoiano mai. Il personale è molto cordiale, camere pulite, pasti squisiti. L'accudimento bambini é ben organizzato e fa sentire i bambini a proprio agio. Ci torneremo una quarta volta i bambini giá non ne vedono l'ora. A presto Serfaus.

Partiamo dalla regione e dal paese di Serfaus: un posto incantato immerso nella natura e adatto a tutti, soprattutto per i bambini e le famiglie. L'hotel Loewe la ciliegina sulla torta, qualsiasi cosa cerchiate la trovate lì. Ottima cucina, attrazioni di altissimo livello e personale cordiale. Unica pecca che nessuno parla italiano e a volte si fa un pochino fatica. Torneremo sicuramente.

Siamo arrivati in questo splendido Hotel dal Ticino. Eravamo stanchi dal lungo viaggio ma non appena abbiamo varcato la soglia del garage ci siamo subito sentiti accolti e coccolati. Mai avrei immaginato che le descrizioni dell'albergo corrispondessero esattamente alla realtà, ci sembrava un sogno poter fare delle vere vacanze con 3 bambini piccoli; vacanze in cui anche noi genitori ci siamo potuti rilassare visto che i nostri figli erano così felici di tutte le attività proposte e degli spazi da poter utilizzare, tutto compreso nel prezzo. La piscina con lo scivolo è stato il loro posto preferito, dopo la sala delle palline e le animatrici che facevano molti lavoretti con loro. Suite al top, ampia, pulita, accogliente. Cibo squisito e servizio sempre cordiale. Insomma, non appena ero ripartita mi sono fatta mandare una proposta per giugno, i nostri bambini già non vedono l'ora di tornarci.

Abbiamo trascorso una stupenda settimana con i nostri bimbi di 6 e 9 anni in questo bellissimo hotel. Tutto favoloso: le camere, l'accoglienza e la gentilezza del personale, la qualità del cibo, gli scivoli d'acqua, i servizi offerti sia dal lowe che dall'hotel bar (piscine, trampolini, spa, ecc.). Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema di comprensione/disponibilità con un'operatrice del mini club, portato alla reception ed immediatamente risolto. Unico consiglio: qualche gioco in più al mini club adatto ai teenager (c'era solamente una wii non funzionante). Per concludere, il soggiorno ci è piaciuto veramente tanto, al di sopra delle aspettative.

Our family has been spending winter holidays at this hotel for over 15 years. Excellent organization, friendly and caring staff, delicious food, a spa for children and adults, a huge water park, the highest standards in everything. The hotel has been changing all these years, but the standard remains high!

Amazing Experience! My stay at this hotel was simply perfect. The location is excellent, with easy access to the metro, making it very convenient to get around the city. The accommodation is spacious, extremely comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff provided outstanding service, with special mention to Oliveira and Nick, who made the experience even more enjoyable. For those traveling with children, the kids' recreation area is spectacular, offering great entertainment. Plus, the food and drinks are excellent – you can eat and drink very well here! Overall, a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

This is the fourth time we have been to Hotel Lowe, so it does feel like family. Lovely cosy hotel, wonderful food, terrific entertainment for kids, particularly those 4-11yrs old. Highlights include the super quick rapid river, outdoor pool with a view, and the delicious cakes. The skiing in Serfaus is great for families, really easy ski school, good number of runs including quite a number of tougher black runs. Lots of snow this year. A few points to work on - its too hot! please turn down the heating. The pillows are not good, please replace!

Fantastic hotel. Terrific food, friendly and helpful staff, cosy atmosphere and very comfortable and clean rooms/suites. Kids love it all, including the pool, slide and the food. Great location opposite the u-bahn to the slopes. Can't wait to go back.

We have been coming here for several years, and it has always been great. The staff, the food, the hygiene, the service—everything, really. After a day of nice skiing the kids always love to go to the indoor and outdoor swimming pool while we as parents can relax.
