Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed your stay. The buffets were top tier and the activities that the hotel offers are really well organized and the drivers are friendly and really knowledgeable about where to find most of the animals. Really recommend!

酒店位置在馬拉三角洲，但是十月份這邊動物其實沒有大遷徙的時候多。還是Ashnil那邊位置更好。如果是平季價格可以住，旺季價格就算了

Abbiamo soggiornato al Mara Serena per una sola notte perché poi l'agenzia con la quale avevamo prenotato ci ha dato la possibilità di fare upgrade presso un altra struttura sempre all'interno del Masai Mara. Posizione da sogno con una vista impagabile sulla savana (solo l'alba vale il soggiorno) ma il resto della struttura non mi ha colpito particolarmente ed il fatto di essere arrivati dopo un viaggio più o meno interminabile probabilmente non ha aiutato la mia capacità di giudizio. La camera di per se tipica e pulita non mi ha lasciato a bocca aperta e la parte relativa al mangiare l'ho trovata appena sufficiente. Niente da dire riguardo alla gentilezza dello staff (tipica delle strutture africane)

Non posso che parlare bene della nostra recente visita al Serena Mara Lodge. Il posto in sé è un paradiso assoluto. È reso 100 volte migliore dal loro incredibile staff. Niente è mai stato troppo complicato. Le camere sono immacolate. Il cibo era delizioso con una scelta diversa ogni giorno dal buffet. C'erano tè e caffè in camera, il che ha reso più piacevole svegliarsi presto per il safari. Ci hanno anche dato una scatola per la colazione da portare con noi durante il safari, così abbiamo potuto fare colazione nel bush! Abbiamo trascorso un momento davvero magico qui!

Questo hotel si trova in una splendida posizione sulla scogliera! Le camere erano carine e accoglienti, con vista da ogni camera. Il ristorante principale e il buffet erano molto belli e il servizio era sempre 5 su 5! È anche in un'ottima posizione rispetto alla pista di atterraggio. È stato facile entrare e uscire. La nostra famiglia si è divertita un mondo!

When we walked into the open lobby we were struck by the beauty of the openness to the outdoors . You could see the vast plains of Africa and the animals were right there. The staff were very attentive from first greeting us to the servers in the restaurant. The rooms are a bit worn but once again staff ensured they were very clean and they offered bed turn down including mosquito netting. The food was excellent. We had a box lunch for one of our days and it was packed ! Very delicious. Thank you to all the staff that made our trip special.

Everything was perfect from the hotel services to the meals …but a baby pool would be a plus to Families visiting with kids

This was, without a doubt, the most hospitable service I have ever experienced. The lodging was lovely, and the staff was so kind- Benson consistently remembered our likes and dislikes and had a lovely sense of humor. Martin and William kept everything running smoothly. And, Esme's guidance led to some truly amazing safari experiences. I'm a university professor and look forward to using much of what I learned from her in future lessons. What really put the excellent service over the top was that opportunities often thought of as "special requests" were automatically provided. That free massage you feel like you may have to track down at most lodgings? Nope- the kind masseuse will find you at breakfast to schedule an appointment. See in the booklet that dinners could be done on your personal deck and assume it's for things like marriage proposals? We were suggested at lunch that dinner would be lovely on our deck. And, thank you to the gentlemen who stayed up at night to keep us safe and warm. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
