One of the worst hotels I've ever been. It is located in the middle of nowhere. You will need to have a car to access the food and amenities 3km away as the surrounding “shops” appeared to be closed for good. The F&B section was closed and looked like a warehouse. The lobby, lift and corridors to rooms were hot, humid and stuffy as the aircon were shut off. The hotel appeared empty as we seem to be the only handful of guests there. The hotel appeared to be managed by only two boys who appeared not to be trained in hospitality. Very thing else appeared to be outsourced, as we had problems with aircon and had to change rooms four times to get one that was working. Apparently, the housekeeper or maintenance guys were not in-house. The bathroom flooded very time I showered. I got beaten by some bugs and had to spray antibug on bed. The bedsheet of one of the beds had a large brown stain right in the middle. How can the housekeeper allow such dirty bedsheet to be use at all? Toiletries and water bottles were not replenished and rooms were not cleaned till we checked out.

DDarius73We booked to stay over at the very last minute, probably 2 hours before the 1500hrs check in time. We arrived and were able to get our room keys without any delays. We requested for a bell boy to send our luggage’s to the room and the receptionist did not hesitate to help in this matter. The room was good. Bathroom and beds were clean. Aircond was cold, pillows were nice and fluffy, definitely helped in our good night sleep. We tried the in house room dining and it was worth the price. Pool was nice and we enjoyed the slide. Breakfast choices were good for us. There were various food and it was topped up the moment it finished. Checkout process was smooth and we were done in less than 5 minutes. Thank you RCS and we will definitely come back again.

UUtente ospiteWe arrived at 2.05PM as they said check in after 2PM, we waited for about 40-45 minutes as they said they are still cleaning the room, I believe that should be done before we reach there right? Staff weren't exactly rude but it seemed like they were forced to sit there, no emotion, there was one guy and one lady, when I stand in front of the counter they don't even look at you. I don't expect 100% VIP treatment but a simple sorry and thank you would have been good and it feels like if I said anything or questioned him then it would have ended in an altercation. The Lobby water filter didn't fill my bottle, it stopped after a few splashes. WiFi was 8/10 as it did flicker from time to time. Room was ok and spacious, Bathroom was ok but the heater was not consistent. During check in, I overheard both of the receptionists talking, ”Eh tilam bilik XXX basah la” ”Rasanya kencing kot”. ”The Mattress in room xxx seems to be wet, I bet it's urine”. It could have been my room but if it was they did a good job in covering it up. Parking might be a problem, we were lucky it was public holiday so no saman issues but yeah we parked near the TNB building on the hill and later towards the end of the shop lot as there is no parking. They said free parking in the website but I saw a sign saying you need to buy a coupon. During Agoda booking, it stated free parking. Though it did not affect us as we could park. It's in front of the main-road, there are a few Indian restaurants few minutes away. I would say not bad but not fantastic. Key Feedback 1. Parking issues need to be cleared on the website, will be hard during weekdays 2. WiFi was okay but can be improved. 3. Staff could learn some front desk customer service ethics. I did receive some negative feedback regarding this Hotel from a local who used to deal with Hotels in this area but it was not as bad as what he told me, So we are lucky. Not recommended for Family.

UUtente ospiteI’ve stayed at Royale Chulan countless of times and also on Chinese New Years . So since I heard Alson Klana has been refurbished I decided to give it a try for the first time. Firstly when arriving to the hotel , this is on Chinese New Year Eve , parking was not full hence not full house. The facade of the hotel looks haunted due to they did not paint the hotel at all although they had refurbish it. Went to counter and was passed to their trainee. Trainee didn’t understand English well despite continuing to Converse to him in English. In the end he replied in Bahasa Melayu while we converse with him in English. 4th floor was given despite us mentioning we do not prefer the number 4 especially heading towards the Chinese New Year due to starting the year with an inauspicious number. However we were given the answer it is a fully house. We asked again how about even the 3rd floor would do, same thing , full house despite a lot of parking space available. Anyhow, heading to the room, the room is spacious . However, the bathroom door is not in a good shape they did not change the bathroom door and it has cracks and it’s a very old door. The balcony is not cleaned and if you look at the other side, it looks very haunting and torn down. Doubt into housekeeping in the end, managed to dial into the front desk to request, for toothbrush, toothbrush was not provided any refill of tea bags is chargeable RM6. This might be the last time I stay in this hotel and I will return to the competitor.

Si sentiva in casa perché Rosslee e i suoi colleghi erano così amici e benvenuti, e il cibo era grande (soprattutto le patate macinate), con Rosslee doppio cappello come il cuoco. Inizialmente era preoccupato per l'accessibilità dei cibi, quindi abbiamo preparato cibi immediati in caso di fame di notte... ma siamo stati così ben nutriti durante il soggiorno. Se ti piace fare il snack come noi, comprare solo qualche snack e bevande prima di guidare, perché non ci sono negozi di comodità vicino.
Questa villa è letteralmente all'interno della natura, su una montagna segreta, quindi gestire le vostre aspettative sui mosquiti e bug. Ha fatto qualche lavoro a casa e ha preparato alcuni repelenti e cogliere mosquito prima di entrare. Cerca anche di accedere durante il giorno, perché la guida può essere intimidante dopo il sole.
Non è anche il migliore di provare il suono nella stanza, ma non è sorprendente come possono costruire questa villa sulle montagne già?
