"Il letto Regina 2 è stato prenotato da Gold boutique perché non c'era nessun hotel disponibile con camera familiare. La camera è grande con aria condizionata fredda come mostrato in foto. Tuttavia, si possono vedere le reti di spider e non c'è frigorifero fornito. Il bagno ha una colonia di anatre che ho aiutato a uccidere alcuni.Sarebbe bello se poteste lasciare chiusa la finestra del bagno, perché ci sono bug che volano durante il nostro soggiorno."

"We had a nice staycation there. Not too far from KL. The host and staffs are nice. However, only thing that make me felt uncomfortable is the bed, too hard. We had back and neck hurt next day. And the bed sheet, pillow, feel like there is a “powder” on it or dust (the place still under construction)…idk. Besides that, everything are great!
Breakfast is nice with so many choices!"

"這是一家由一對夫妻用心經營的家庭旅館，三層小屋不大，卻處處見細節與温度。主人非常友好，也明顯把這座小屋當成心頭愛，房間裏擺着許多有年代感的物件與藝術品，像走進一間精緻的小型私家博物館。公共空間對住客開放，可以隨意使用，氛圍自在。最令人驚歎的是頂層那片超大露台，視野開闊到可以用“無敵”形容，無論日落還是夜色都讓人流連。
需要説明的是，房間面積不大、設施也不算豪華；如果你打算整天待在房間裏，或許有別的選擇更合適。但如果你偏愛户外與美景，這裡會是極好的落腳點。附近還有幾條不錯的徒步線路，不熟悉的可以直接問主人，他們非常熟門熟路。晚餐需要提前跟主人預約；如果錯過了，就得開車大約半小時去其他地方用餐。女主人推薦的那家餐廳口味很贊，去了一次就知道她為何如此自豪。
主人夫婦非常健談，也樂意帶你參觀他們精心佈置的屋子，講述每件老物件背後的故事。夜裡涼爽，我和兒子躺在頂樓露台的吊牀上看星星聊天，浪漫而難忘，成了此行最美好的記憶。"

"Sharing our true review to help anyone interested to be more prepared to enjoy this place.
Positive:
The host is pleasant and helpful.
Overall, It’s a nice, modest place to get away from the city, and no cell connection means you are forced to disconnect. You can purchase a 3 days internet package for a small amount, but connection is poor. This is fine with us as we were happy to be disconnected but able to maintain limited connection to internet for essential things we needed to do.
Be prepared to get the most of your experience:
Prepare your own toiletries, slippers, package food to be comfortable because they provide only a small bottle of shower gel and 2 towels for each person. The kitchen is well equipped for a proper cooking but no condiments or cooking oil, only with a couple of instant coffee and tea bags.
No restaurants near by, difficult to get food, and no Grab cars come in to take you out. (So you have to drive or pay more for taxi they can help to call for you - the taxi drive is amazing man, though a little costly)
On our second day, we discovered a Chinese Villa nearby and ate at its restaurant (need to pre-book)"

"This was one of the best experience ever, the scenary is awsome no blockage, the place is big, bed was comfy, the host event gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room, 'hornbil' she said. They have all we need even for cooking, relaxing. It's in the forest up on a mountain, air is clean, the neighborhood is safe, many retreat resorts scattered around. Bring your mosquito repellent"

UUtente anonimoLa camera è molto confortevole, il letto e la culla sono molto confortevoli, l'aria condizionata funziona bene, il ventilatore di scarico del bagno funziona bene e mantiene il bagno asciutto molto efficacemente, i bagni e la tovagliola di buona qualità.
Ma per un lungo periodo di lavoro rimanere un po' scomodo, perché non c'è un giusto guardaroba per tutti i tuoi vestiti, e la tavola è troppo piccola per fare il tuo lavoro, poco spazio sufficiente per adattarsi a un piccolo portatile e iPad, e la bottiglia d'acqua.

RRoshidahJust had the most fantastic experience staying at the Royale chulan Seremban.Each and every staff member treated us so well, they were all friendly, spoke with us daily, left treats in our room each night. The views were spectacular from our room as well as fantastic..Direct views from club lounge very beautiful..i could go on and on the service was just so good. We are already planning our next stay. Go try for yourselves.

One of the day I left in the morning and indicate room service needed, and came back at night only to realized the door was not closed and locked after service, my room was open the whole day through.
Luckily i do not lost any expensive belongings, but imagine what other people can do, as the hotel is above a crowded shopping mall, where the entrance or lift to the hotel do not have restricted access for public, people can go in and hide inside, or set up hidden camera, or any unimaginable behavior.
Complaint to the lobby counter 1st thing in the next day morning, staff politely apologize and lodged a report.
Came back that night to find the room service that day is not up to standard compare to the previous 3 days. Plastic water bottles were not collected, 3-in-1 coffee and tea were not replenished, new plastic water bottles are crumbled that it can barely stand on it own. After finished drinking 2 bottles only realized when i opened the caps, it doesn't felt like its attached to the seal ring, could be recycled bottle with tap water in it, or just my imagination.
Either the room service staff is retaliating or simply service not up to standard.

MM.S MustapaThe check-in process was quick and efficient, which I appreciated. However, I expected the concierge staff to be a bit more welcoming. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. I really enjoyed the pool area, and my child had a fantastic time in the kids' pool. Overall, it was a good stay and I would consider returning.

UUtente anonimo2nd time here, previously thought its a slightly run down resort as my room interior fit out is wonky. This time the room allocated to me is in totally perfect condition, it seems the room condition have quite a big deviation from each other.
Comfy stay as always, nice dry-wet separation in toilet, super cold aircon.
1st time trying their breakfast buffet, got plenty of options (more than my other recent stay) and it taste good.
Lights are abit too dim, similar to previous stay.

JJovonneAvete avuto un soggiorno incredibile nella villa!
Si sentiva in casa perché Rosslee e i suoi colleghi erano così amici e benvenuti, e il cibo era grande (soprattutto le patate macinate), con Rosslee doppio cappello come il cuoco. Inizialmente era preoccupato per l'accessibilità dei cibi, quindi abbiamo preparato cibi immediati in caso di fame di notte... ma siamo stati così ben nutriti durante il soggiorno. Se ti piace fare il snack come noi, comprare solo qualche snack e bevande prima di guidare, perché non ci sono negozi di comodità vicino.
Questa villa è letteralmente all'interno della natura, su una montagna segreta, quindi gestire le vostre aspettative sui mosquiti e bug. Ha fatto qualche lavoro a casa e ha preparato alcuni repelenti e cogliere mosquito prima di entrare. Cerca anche di accedere durante il giorno, perché la guida può essere intimidante dopo il sole.
Non è anche il migliore di provare il suono nella stanza, ma non è sorprendente come possono costruire questa villa sulle montagne già?

MMasflinstoneThe room was good, and the room service was unexpectedly excellent. The complimentary drinks in the room were a nice touch. The front desk staff was helpful, but there is room for improvement in maintenance. Attention is needed regarding the condition of the rooms; for example, the posters were semi-detached from the wall, there was a crack in the ceiling, the water heater was not working, the toilet door mat was missing, and there was dust underneath the bed. I hope these issues can be addressed, as a 3-star hotel should strive to meet international standards. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay.
