Check in process was smooth. Got the room but upon entering the room was not ready. However, the front office managed to change the room and we settled in nicely. The area is very quiet and theres an abandoned shopping complex next door. Distance to town is about 5 mins drive. Overall, satisfy with our stay and to be honest, am happy with what I paid for.

Oltre all'attesa. Spazioso camera e bagno pulito. Fornire tutte le strutture comprendono la spazzatura. Parcheggio gratuito. Cassa acqua è pulita e ben mantenuta. Ci sono Domino pizza e mamak a piedi.

The location is good, with many shops, hospital, and palm Seremban shopping center mall that can meet your needs and get all necessary things, such as delicious food and other daily necessities. The hotel staff are all kind and friendly. Finally, it’s a 2 star hotel, so don't expect too much. Enjoy!

I like the hotel's strategic location just steps away from the toll plaza, it's located inside the Palm Seremban shopping mall, so we can enjoy affordable shopping for clothing within the mall. While the dining options are somewhat limited, there are restaurants like Nando's, the Manhattan Fish Market, Seoul Garden, and others. Buffet breakfast is pretty good, salad, porridge, assorted bread and pastries, Nasi Lemak, Ayam Masak Merah, egg stations got omelette, sunny side up as usual. Spacious room. Comfortable stay here, will be back again.

Very impressive place to spend a weekend with a families, lovers and friends and especially for travelers and the price is very reasonable. Worth recommending and see you soon

Nearby Salam Hospital, walking distance. Good stay for those family members that had an emergency, and need a room to stay for a while.

L'hotel pulisce come necessario. Molto gentile e amichevole ricevitore. Ma devi uscire dalle camere per prendere acqua 😅 .. nessuna coppa o caldaia nella stanza. Difficile per gli ospiti di fare caffè o tè.

A Pleasant Stay with Minor Hiccups I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I was very satisfied with the facilities. The check-in process did take a little longer than expected, likely because I arrived during peak hours when many travelers were checking in. Despite this minor inconvenience, the experience was quite positive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool. It was fantastic, and my children absolutely loved it. Although we did not have breakfast at the hotel, the restaurant looked great from the outside and seemed very inviting. The lobby was another impressive aspect, being both spacious and beautiful. However, it could benefit from having more sofas or seating areas for visitors waiting to check in. This small improvement would greatly enhance the comfort of the guests. For Muslim travelers, the convenience of having Surau An-Nur Kasturi Heights right in front of the hotel entrance is a significant advantage. It makes attending prayers very easy and accessible. If you’re interested in shopping, MesaMall is a nearby shopping complex that you can visit. It's just a short distance from the hotel and offers a variety of stores and dining options. Additionally, if you want to try some local food, you can easily have it delivered to the lobby using food delivery apps like Shopee Food. This adds a great level of convenience, allowing you to enjoy local cuisine without leaving the comfort of the hotel. In conclusion, despite the slightly lengthy check-in process, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable, and I would recommend it for its excellent facilities, convenient location, and the added convenience of nearby amenities and food delivery options.

Nuovo hotel, buona TV, buon aria condizionata, ma colpisce nella testa del letto.Ho ottenuto un aggiornamento gratuito in camera finestrata (ma non apre). Vicino a un pranzo locale (simplificato) e vicino a una porta è un caffè con le cose da paniere. Puoi raggiungere questo con l'autobus dall'aeroporto, STAND B10 al livello 1 di KLIA2 (esito 3 o 5 non ricordo), lo stesso autobus si accende anche a KLIA1, l'autobus si ferma (a richiesta) circa 100 metri dall'hotel e i costi 3MYR. paghi direttamente al conducente. Chiedi aiuto ai locali o guarda le carte mentre vai.

Grande soggiorno breve.Abbiamo una sala dirigente con vista sul mare. Le strutture erano così buone. Il servizio di bug è stato grande. Solo chiamare e poi aspettare meno di 5 minuti, il servizio di bug sarà lì. La diffusione del brunch era buona. Molte scelte. Eravamo li' all'9.30am ma la diffusione era ancora intorno e sono sempre in cima. In generale, si raccomanda di rimanere.
