The location is quiet and good. The level of cleanliness is less than good. The owner is a helpful person. I don’t think I can rent him again.

So far it is great for the locations & cleanliness but, as for the service it is quite disappointing. Because I got a room with a non-function water heater, the next day my friend went to the reception to tell us the problem to fix it while we were going out but after we got back it still did not function and I had to go back down to the reception to complain about it again, luckily we managed to change room but the room we changed also have problem like the light at the head bed is not function and the water heater also not fully warm.

It was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future. I love it.

I was grateful to the management and staff of this hotel because when they cannot give me the 2 twin bed room that I booked, the hotel upgraded us to a suite room with complementary breakfast. That made my stay in the hotel more memorable and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a wide range of choices, unfortunately, I dont have time to try everything because of early commitment.

Hotel Review: A Great Stay for a Night Event I stayed at Putrajaya Marriot Hotel for one night to attend a night event, and I must say, everything was awesome! The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, being just a short distance from IOI City Mall, making it easy to explore the area. As for the room, although it was on the smaller side, it was surprisingly comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The amenities were well-maintained, and I found the bed to be very cozy. Breakfast was definitely a highlight – it was super delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I really enjoyed the meal and it was a great way to start the day. However, I did have a minor issue when the housekeeping knocked on my door a little too early before the check-out time, which disrupted my morning a bit. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was a bit uncomfortable. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone attending an event nearby or simply looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay. Rating: 4/5 – Great location, comfortable room, and amazing breakfast, but a minor hiccup with housekeeping timing.

The location was great. Easy access to IOI City Mall with free parking provided for the hotel guests. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The water pressure was great and this hotel used a toilet bidet. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Il mio soggiorno a casa era inaspettato. Non pensavo che la stanza fosse pulita, comoda e ben attrezzata per le esigenze delle imprese a questo intervallo di prezzo. È importante riempire lo stomaco entro pochi passi. La ricezione è amichevole.
