Hotel in zona Youeido Han River Park, Seoul

Location is more suitable for business travellers who want to work & commute in financial district, otherwise there’s not much to do in this whole area as it’s very hard to find a decent or simple eatery which opens near late night compared to living in Dongdaemun and Gangnam. Our room is located high and we can have a glance of the nearby buildings and overlooked further. They don’t provide full amenities compared to 2 other 5-stars hotels we had stayed in during this trip. So prep yourself with our necessary amenities like earbuds, combs, earplugs, sewing kits if needed in any case.. The hotel room is quite spacious and toilet is equipped with a bathtub which we didn’t get to utilise at all but my child had once because she wanted to play a bath bomb for 10 mins. Other items like ironing board, iron, Nespresso coffee machine, distilled water bottles, beverages and condiments, safe box, fridge were all provided. And I find it quite troubling as there were too many ‘big-country’ tourists either staying in the hotel or those living in Seoul going to the Hyundai Seoul mall to buy luxury goods. And the entire mall is crazily flooded and packed with youngsters on the day of our check-in and the next day. Some came to window-shop while most others came in for food and perhaps after meals, to seek shelter and shield from the cold. You won’t be believed this you can’t even find a place to eat as all fast food eateries, snacks counters and restaurants were fully unavailable. There were basically long queues everywhere you go. Ended up my super famished poor child had to walk a long way with us & venture out in the cold to find any available restaurant to have our dinner. International breakfast is served daily at L5 and the buffet spread is limited compared to the one we stayed & had in Dongdaemun. We had to pay additional 55,000KRW (SGD55) per day for our young child to dine in with us as her breakfast was not included in our accommodation package. I think it’s really too expensive and given that we always came down only at 9.30am and the breakfast stopped at 10am sharp. The food she always had was a small bowl of cereal, 4 small bite-sized hash-browns and a glass of milk only where she had to eat fast within 30mins before they closed for the day. For such price paid, it’s totally not worth it and we can’t avoid paying lesser despite they knew we only had 30 mins left to dine. Overall the concierge service crews’ attitude and professionalism were excellent and Fairmont had the best staffs with great service i encountered during our 3 weeks stay across 3 different 5-stars hotels. I wished I will have another chance to stay here again but the price for each night is SGD450++, which is really expensive.

Conveniently located next to IFC mall. There is a walkway at L1 that leads you directly to the mall with many high end stores. However, I am not quite happy with their pool. Half of the pool is blocked for play. There are about 20-30 kids there. I doubt they are all hotel guests. The remaining two lanes are ”members only,” and ”laps.” I am not sure what kind of membership you need to be able to swim on the members only lane. That lane is usually not occupied. The lap lane is busy. People jump in and out wihtout notifying the people alreay in the lane. I hit severl people by accident because of the lack of warning. When I asked whether I can use the members only lane. I was told no. Again, I am a paying guest for the hotel. Why can't I use the members only lane? In addition, they have to clean the pool every two hours for 15 minutes (pool is closed during the cleaning). I have never seen a pool that needs cleaning every two hours. Very poor management there.

Un posto dove si può rilassarsi e prendere una notte profonda. Il personale è molto gentile e pulito. Se la stanza fosse un po' luminosa, sarebbe il miglior hotel 200 punti

Questo è stato il mio secondo soggiorno dopo aver trascorso una notte in un hotel molto sporco, ecco perché ho prestato maggiore attenzione ahah. Tuttavia, la struttura era molto pulita ed è stato fantastico poter lasciare i bagagli pesanti in anticipo. A proposito, la colazione era davvero deliziosa. Il mio forte figlio ha mangiato due ciotole in pochissimo tempo! Mi sono trovato bene perché sembrava fatto con cura. Questa volta sono andata a Seul solo con i miei figli, ma la prossima volta mio marito verrà con noi. Grazie^^

La camera ha pavimenti in legno. Non vengono fornite le pantofole, quindi è meglio portarle da casa. Era molto comodo con lavatrice/asciugatrice, styler, forno a microonde e frigorifero con congelatore. C'era molto spazio quindi ho potuto stendere la valigia. Ero entusiasta di vedere la chiave PIN che si vede spesso nelle fiction coreane. L'hotel è vicino al palazzo dell'Assemblea Nazionale, quindi ci sono molti agenti di polizia intorno all'hotel fino alla sera, ma di notte non ce ne sono molti. C'erano circa tre minimarket aperti 24 ore su 24, quindi non credo che sarebbe un inconveniente.

Good location and clean room comfy bed. Everything was quite good. Gym was not available for hotel guests but for private gym guests only with super loud music. That was a minus. Better let people know and take gym photo down from amenity list. Otherwise it is a good place to stay.

This lovely establishment offers the convenience of an airport limousine bus service right at its doorstep, with Mapo Subway station just a short stroll away. Multiple direct bus routes to Seoul Station and Myeongdong are easily accessible. The cozy room size is perfect for couples, and the English-speaking receptionists are readily available to assist guests with valuable information. All in all, it's a highly recommended hotel.

Uno degli hotel più straordinari in cui abbia mai soggiornato! Prezzo molto ragionevole posizione molto ottima! Condizioni della camera molto belle, era molto pulita e confortevole. E nel bagno c'è una piccola area con specchio molto comoda per le ragazze per truccarsi. Voglio fare un bel commento a riguardo.  E voglio commentare che ogni singolo staff con cui ho incontrato era molto professionale, molto disponibile e parlava correntemente l'inglese, sono rimasto sorpreso e felice! Durante il mio soggiorno, ho sporcato accidentalmente le lenzuola, cosa che mi è dispiaciuta molto, ma non mi hanno fatto pagare, cosa che mi ha sorpreso perché con i miei soggiorni precedenti, in altri hotel, di solito mi facevano pagare  Anche se la scelta per la colazione non era molta, ma la colazione era davvero deliziosa e piacevole. Anche le condizioni del ristorante erano molto buone! E al primo piano c'è una caffetteria, il che è davvero comodo per chi soggiorna in hotel e per i turisti! Nella hall hanno anche un piccolo bar che può servire le bevande in modalità self-service. Hanno caffè e tè che è stato super gentile e sorpreso per me! Anche la zona circostante era molto comoda e vicina alla stazione della metropolitana. Inoltre sono molto gentili con gli stranieri,tutti i piani e tutta la segnaletica in inglese e la guida per soggiornare in hotel sono presentati in quattro lingue! Per coloro che usano wow pass qui è sicuramente una buona scelta perché nella loro lobby hanno una macchinetta che è super super conveniente!!  Consiglierò sicuramente Roynet Hotel a tutti! Questa è la prima volta che scrivo un commento così lungo.Mi sento molto accolto e caloroso qui.  Ed è molto probabile che la prossima volta che visiterò nuovamente Seul soggiornerò di nuovo qui!

Sono stato molto felice con l'hotel fino a che non ho controllato il tempo. Essi insistono che ho superato il mio soggiorno e vogliono che paghi un'ulteriore vincita di 11k. Gli ho detto che era una malcomunicazione perché la stanza non era pronta e abbiamo controllato molto tardi, circa le 8:00. Ho chiesto di controllare un po' più tardi, le 11:00 e il personale di contro notato. Ero pronto a controllare alle 10, ma ho avuto l'impressione che potessi controllare un po' più tardi. Abbiamo controllato immediatamente quando ci hanno chiamato circa 10.30am. E'un piccolo importo, ma il personale potrebbe essere stato più gentile a spiegare le loro politiche.

Una donna sulla trentina che viaggia da sola. Ho scelto questo hotel perché pensavo che sarebbe stato conveniente perché era vicino alla stazione di Yeongdeungpo, ma la posizione era migliore di quanto mi aspettassi, con uno Starbucks e un 7-Eleven al primo piano e una fermata dell'autobus di fronte all'hotel. Ci sono molti ristoranti e grandi magazzini Lotte nei dintorni dell'hotel, quindi soggiornerò in questo hotel la prossima volta. Le camere erano ben pulite e la doccia e il WC erano separati, il che era comodo. Inoltre, al momento del check-in, il personale parlava inglese e coreano, ma mi ha spiegato le cose in modo facile da capire, il che mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio. C'è anche una macchinetta WOWPASS, quindi è molto comodo cambiare i soldi e caricarli presso un 7-Eleven prima di uscire. è raccomandato.
